mfundza | Might be the best value place you'll find in Rio Negro, one block from the main plaza. Decent size room with private bathroom and hot water from a central geyser for 40,000COP (one person, might be the same for two but I'm not sure). Good for bike travellers because hardly any stairs if you take a room on the first floor. Some simple common areas to sit in. There is a parquadero next door for those in camper vans but not sure how much extra it might be to park there. Location on GoogleMaps is slightly wrong, I've tried to give better coordinates. |

markbowmaker | As described below... Also has woven baskets for sale...looked to be good quality ones at a bit cheaper prices than in Maun. I talked with the owner and she says business is not so good post-covid and not many tourists stoping by. Wonder if AfroVille further up the road is taking her trade away? Please support local business if you can even if it's just a drink or two. |

markbowmaker | Nice wild camp by the river...lots of shade at my spot..Price is still 250 Pula per person... cheapest in the area. Ablutions new and clean... Hans (not his real name!) is a local guide and was very helpful. Site faces due west and so wonderful sunset across the river. |

heathersmith22 | We are cycle touring and camped here one night. Beautiful spot and included in the entry fee. toilets are OK, didn't use the shower. The water levels are high but there is still space for a camper. we put our tent up in one of the palapas kind of things |

roaminanalog | Parque National Patagonia is a special place. The view from Doug Tompkins Mirador is worth it. We didn’t have 4x4, so we hiked up the road from camp. The road is just a gravel two track, with some nice views along the way. Super quiet with lots of birds and guanaco sitings. The real treat is at the mirador, and the loop hike that you can start from there. Wow! Also, if you have a clear night, the skies are truly unobstructed and the Milky Way is visible… there’s nothing nearby to create light pollution. We stayed two nights. Kind of warm showers. Clean bathrooms. The parque facilities are top level. We filled with potable water when we left to drive through to the border with Argentina. |

We spent 3 nights here, perfect for taking a lancha and enjoying the Rio Dulce all the way to the livingston. The staff is super friendly, access to showers (hot water) and toilets, a lot of travelers in RV or boat, very good moments of sharing all together. |

We went to this spot but the owner asked us 200Q, we negotiated explaining to him that another spot asked 75Q, he didn't want to know, we finally went to RAM marina and we don't regret our choice! |

robertsacarla | Beautiful mature desert environment. Only one other rig. Has water and sewer but neither are functional. Water pressure was so low we had to switch to our tank. Sewer hook up is the same size as our hose so there is no way to use it safely. Not going to hold it on there. We tried to talk to the owner about the issue but they said no one had problems. Which can’t be true. We paid $400 pesos. Lovely but dysfunctional campsite |

nickianddave | An absolutely amazing 24 hours in this conservancy......it is pricey for non residents but we really enjoyed it so thought it was worth it. The success story of the rhinos alone is just fantastic and we saw at least 8 in their natural environment, even 1 came to our campsite in the morning! The Bush camping for us was a magical experience. |

RunningGunExpedition | An alright spot, lots of litter and noise pollution from people shooting. Here on a weekend and it’s non stop all day, occasional explosions from tannerite targets as well. I’m in a pretty remote portion and there are still a good bit of people driving by. If the gunfire doesn’t bother you it’s not a bad spot close to town. Seemed to be some other full timers parked out here as well closer to the entrance.

manon.lesignor | Just beautiful ! We arrived at 18:30 and no one was there. Very quiet. They say you're not allowed to park in the canyon but we do anyway. We just drove 50 meters in to be hidden from the road and protected from the wind. It was perfect. There are bins on site. |

katherineletts | The most idyllic camping spot we’ve stayed at in the last 2 years while traveling down from the USA. Highly recommend - especially if you catch good weather. Added a shot of the view and a shot of our hyggeligt campsite with some friends. There are several spots along the river here to spread out as there are a few campers coming through. Nonetheless, the campsite still felt private. The water is… refreshing. c; Enjoy! |

Biljart and table tennis available. Swimming pool on the other side of the road, to be used for free by guests. Breakfast available but not included. Kitchen available or restaurant service on weekdays. We parked our bikes next to our room in the game hall. Really quiet place! |
