Not recommended at all, very noisy, I do not understand how it's possible to stay 3 nights here! We had found places along the river on the other side of the bridge but the police asked us to leave because it was not safe, so we looked for a place for a long time at 9 p.m., and not possible to sleep in this parking lot in the city center, a lot of passage, music, and the open pharmacy H24 with light. We found further on the street "Mexico", but very complicated I don't recommend this city to sleep very noisy and many dogs that bark.

Nice people are working here. Free shower for ladies :) They let us set up our tent behind the station.

The hotel is open. Room is 5000 per night. Good food. The host, his wife and little daughter are super nice. Very good stop for cyclists after a windy and cold day on routa 40. Although it looked closed from the road it is open. Just go there and enjoy :)

Road is freshly graded over the whole pass east to west. Chill 4WD or at least a little clearance. Beautiful drive.

Got in, paid. Looked for a spot and the only space left was a super muddy, unlevel spot with all the other campers around. Turned around and left without our money.

Maybe an OK spot if you're here before everybody else. But really it only has room for 4 or so vehicles and very on top of each other.

New rule of the place, you can't enter without a booking, you have to go on the Instagram of "churrinche official" call them or message them. It is a pity because this place is beautiful!

I won't recommended this place. i had small leak in the radiator and and something in the back breaks. the owner gave me very high price to fix the radiator ( 189.000 pesos) it is twice then new radiator. but he used the fact that i can't find a new radiator in Argentina.
about the other problem, he told me that it is something completely different than i thought. he diagnosed the problem in the steering system. he took out the parts and told me that he will try to find the parts. he kept me there for 2 weeks while fixing other cars. i felt like his prisoner. i asked him to put back the parts and it took him 4 more days.
he asked me to pay him 300US dollars. for 2 hours work ( take out the parts and put them back) he didn't fix the car and asked me 100 us dollars more just to try to find the problem in the breaks.
of course I didn't stay there a minute more and went to fix the problem in other place, it costed me 10.000 pesos
be careful of this place!

Stayed 1 night with no issues. There were a few other campers around too. There are a few signs on light posts that say no overnight parking, but we stayed in front of planet fitness and didn’t get bothered.

Nice family campsite right across the lake. hot shower at certain time, clean bathrooms, small sides more for tents with cars. Each site has a picnic table with electricity and light. A gate secures the campground. No WiFi and no Mini Market. We paid 20'000 pesos for 2 persons and a tent - they initially wanted 30'000 peso.

No issues here. Pretty quiet overnight - not a ton going on in the middle of January.

Nice chill property with a sweet caretaker family and sweet dogs. Doesn’t speak English much. The owner wasn’t here. No horses presently. Little bit of road noise. Otherwise quiet and calm. A relaxing space after coming over the mountains on the Naranjos road. Which is beautiful btw. Views of the ocean and Todos Santos. $150 for a night. Lots of flat and plenty of room.

Friendly, price still $100 mxn to use their facilities but free to park. I was the only vehicle so I parked my 22'C Class RV in the shade. The public park there is great for dog walking. I felt safe parked here. There is a restaurant across the street. The lot is located on a one way street that's not heavily trafficked by cars and is off the main road.

Very nice hike up the waterfall. You will get numerous great photos of it on the hike. There is a 5 min walk to a swimming hole, and a 45min hike to the top, and another 30min walk to a viewpoint. The fee is still 10k pp to visit the falls and go for the hike, which it totally worth it. They wanted 25k pp to spend the night now (on top of the 10k), so we moved on for the night, unfortunately.  If you don't mind the price, it would be a nice place to spend the night.  They prepare food for lunch, bathroom, and shower.

One thing to note. The road that goes down to the bridge is very steep, and in turn, if you have any overhang off your rig it would likely hit the hill when you level out. We are in a truck camper with a 2' overhang and had to pass.  We did not attempt it since it would have been a steep climb back up in reverse.

Stayed here for the night, nice clean and tidy. Nice verandah.
Very calm.
120bs for a 3 bed bedroom as there was 3 of us travelling with motorcycles.

Would stay here again.

The price is actually 25000 per person and 20000 without breakfast. Our room was clean but rather old-fashioned, we think the quality-price ratio isn't good. Fortunately (and as they were no other customers i guess) the owner was nice to us and allowed us to take the Wi-Fi transmitter so we can have internet in our room!

Spent two nights here as spent day at Yagul Ruins and at Tlacolula Sunday market. Second day I. Town getting weaving, wool making and dying displays. Very fascinating and impressive work all through this town.
People checking in on us because they are friendly and on night two, the cops stopped in a couple times.
So nice, tried to check in but station was closed and still no problem. Hiked El Pisacho from camp as well.
Lovely area and bugs weren’t bad at all.
Recommend this town, the street food in local market and the amazing crafts.

I didn't find the spot at the given GPS coordinates. Then I stopped 150 yards up the road 35°47.818′ N, 105°53.784′ W. Quiet and nice view. Access requires a good ground clearance.
