Very very beautiful place!
We saw no “camping forbidden” sign.
We were the only Overlanders but a few people with tent, sleeping in their cars or locals coming for fishing over the day.
It is just super clean, so please keep it like this.
View is superb!

Un de nos spots préférés depuis le début du voyage !
Magnifique, calme, eau transparente :-)

The hype is real! Beautiful views and really quiet. There is a sign that it is forbidden but nobody cared. Drive slowly with low clearance car

Same as overlandsite, stayed there 2 nights and no one told us anything.
Such a beautiful spot, the view is epic !
We don’t have a 4x4 and it was ok but if it rains a lot it can be muddy.

One of the most amazing spot of the whole trip ! Big flat area for several vans. The weather was perfect for us we could see the mountains. We stayed 2 nights. No one came to bother us.
High clearance needed in some part to get there

Easily doable with a 2wd when it’s not completely soaked.

This place is just epic! We stayed here two nights, no one bothered us. There were other people here occasionally. Fishing or taking photographs.

One of our favorite place in all our five months trip. View is absoluty amazing ! But you may have to be lucky (or patient) to see it. We spend an entire day in our van waiting the rain to stops. But the sunrise of the next morning was absolutely stunning and it worth it so much.

The access is difficult without a 4x4 but we did it with our combi. We had to push it several time and our clothes were muddy at the end but for us it's part of the fun. We were in March, so may be it's not doable in 2WD during the winter. We let you judge !

Super nice scenic place - clean and quit, super cute place to stay with some shelter places from the wind

Wow, what a spot. We spent the night in order to launch our kayak the next morning (CONAF permit needed!!!). Just perfect 😃

The way is quite muddy so we were glad to have 4x4, but if you drive carefully and it doesn't rain too much it's possible without. There are a lot of fishermen in the morning and evening, big trout in the river.

great spot, we slept here 2 nights, beautiful and calm, lots of space.
to get here, you have to follow the car marks, easy to find by the river.

The most idyllic camping spot we’ve stayed at in the last 2 years while traveling down from the USA. Highly recommend - especially if you catch good weather. Added a shot of the view and a shot of our hyggeligt campsite with some friends. There are several spots along the river here to spread out as there are a few campers coming through. Nonetheless, the campsite still felt private. The water is… refreshing. c; Enjoy!

Gorgeous spot. Only ones there. Big sign at entry into village stating no camping so now not sure if we were legal or not.

a real incredible grassy place at the river with stunning view to Cuernos and Torres del Paine.
we nearly could beleave that it's possible to stay there.

Because it was not clear for us on how to reach this spot : you have to go forward at the first crossroad in town, then take on your left and go ahead the Konkashken lodge.
Follow the tracks in the grass, they will lead you to some spots by the river.
There are many spots, try to find the best flat place.

We saw a horse riding hike and a boat in the morning.

Stunning wild camp spot right next to the Rio Serrano with beautiful views of the torres. No facilities at all, but level spots on the gras, absolutely quiet. Sometimes horses or cows around, or a little zodiac driving by. Spent christmas here and enjoyed it very much. The path is a bit bumpy to get there (a bit of clearance helps) and after much rain 4x4 recommended.

Report Check-In

Great spot next to the river with stunning view to the Torres. We found a flat site in the woods to pitch the tent. It coukd be very windy so better not to stay directly under trees.
