Dormimos 5 noites aqui.

ATM charged a lot of money which we could only see afterwards: we paid in total 90.000 CDF to get 70.000 CDF (so they charged 20.000).

great quiet place. we hardly made it in with our 14m set up (truck and trailer). we were told at the entrance that we wouldn't be able to enter the archeological site with our vehicle, but after we disconnected it was fine. many people drive their own vehicle as long as it is not too wide or high. super quiet at night, lots of coatis around

This road is very calm, very few cars pass by and along it there are many spots that are suitable to overnight. One is near some small lakes, too. Very bucolic. You’ll spot many birds, cows and we even saw a deer.
Make sure to check if there is no water hidden by the grass.

Decent spot, it’s beautiful and right by the water and not far from downtown. Although whoever said it was quiet was entirely false. We stayed in our van 2 nights in a row and both times we got repeatedly woken up in the night and early morning by cars bumping loud bass music passing by, and this morning awoken at 6:30am by an extremely loud garbage truck banging and clanging and beeping half a block down. I don’t know what the noise bylaws are for garbage but it shocked us right out of sleep convinced someone had gotten into an accident or something on the road from the sheer level of noise. Couldn’t fall back asleep after that because of cars still passing by. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have a really good soundproofing system in your rig or if you’re a heavy sleeper.

I had to fill a little bit at this expensive station to be able to go to Chos Malal, 140km south on rn40
Super was about 60% more expensive than in Chos Malal, were you have two YPF stations.

An amazing spot by a small river. You can park on the grass field. I think it’s better not to park on the pebbles because sometimes a truck crosses de river and uses the pebbles as a road. People swim, fish and chill overhere but it felt very friendly. At night it was quiet. We stayed here on a Sunday night and Monday night.

The campsite is fairly well booked. There is a laundry opposite the square which also does color copying and laminating as well as taking passport photos - highly recommended.

Estacionamento ao redor da praça com muitas vagas e sem árvores baixas ou com frutos. Praça bem movimentada, com quadras esportivas e cabine da Polícia. Bairro residencial tranquilo.
Passamos duas noites calmas e sem barulho.

Parking around the square with lots of spaces and no low trees or fruit. Busy square, with sports courts and police booth. Quiet residential neighborhood.
We spent two quiet and quiet nights.

4x4 only!!! even if you can make it down you won't make it back up without 4wd, especially if you're loaded down at all. you'll either need someone to pull you, or you'll chew up the road. or both! i don't think it's fair to others to make the road even worse than it already is by spinning your tires or trying to hit the road at full speed to get enough momentum. not to mention pretty dangerous if you lock up your tires part way up and start sliding backwards. there are other ways for you to get here :) (see more below). i definitely would not attempt it in a 2wd van.

there is a lovely old man with his dog, Toby, who live at the beach. there's also a team of people involved in maintaining it. although this is a free spot, we left a tip and they were very grateful!

this is an absolutely incredible spot!! it's a great place for relaxing, hiking, paddle boarding, snorkelling, kayaking, etc.. it's a small sandy beach with water on both sides. lots of sailboats in the bay. if your vehicle can't make it here, you can camp just around the bay on the beach in front of the tiny town of Agua Verde, and at low tide you can walk north to this spot to explore the trails and do some snorkelling. it's about a 15 minute walk along the shoreline.
