Good collection of big bins accepting cans, plastic, paper, no glass. Very easy access for big rigs too.

We were the only guests here. Only wanted a spot for our tent . But they basically gave us a little house, where we were able to put our bicycles in and sleep in our own sleeping bags.
We only paid 200 pesos for 2 people.
They have cold showers, toilets.
They even offered us coffee at the morning.

Tried the Spa, but fully booked. As it was already late decided to check this Fence-place. Parked at the end of the fence near dogpark and beach-entry. Hopefully it will stay as quiet as it is now.

200pesos for two people, truck and dog. They opened a room for us for bathroom and shower. There's not a lot of options on this stretch, but it's a safe option for the weary travelers. A little road noise but it quiets down at night.

Very safe and clean place even for very large campers (ours is 10ft high and 24ft long). $25 the first night, from the second night $20. Dog 1$ per night extra. Very clean showers and toilets. An indoor pool with guest kitchen and lounge area, if you have enough of the mosquitoes. Jörg and Inka are very keen to make it nice for their guests and sometimes celebrate together. They have two female shepherd dogs that are very sharp. We didn't dare to leave our dog with them.

The first few spots on this road were taken so I drove a bit farther up, the road got a bit steep and potholed but my Honda Element did fine. Great view since you’re a bit higher up, very small flat spot that fits a car/tent. Fire pit. Full 5 bars service with cricket. Perfect for in between Zion and Bryce Canyon parks!

Absolutely stunning views. Be very careful about how you route into this spot. Make sure to route in from US89a. There are other ways but they are mostly jeep trails. We drove from Grand Canyon highway (67) I would say it is 4x4 only. I made it in 2wd in my van but any misstep would have required 4x4 and some skill to get out.
We took the short route out and it was rough. Nothing you can’t do with a 2wd with a little ground clearance but the road was corrugated for 25miles.

Parking area just off the main highway. We didn't venture up the trails as there were signs saying residential use and public property if you drive back past the main area. Seems like people park there and walk their dogs, based on the amount of dog poo. There's lots of deadfall to use as firewood if you're camping nearby!

Google maps will chart the course then offer “shorter routes” First stop was a horse ranch in Peyton. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Repeatedly Google tried to go anywhere but here. Had to use a road map, what a novel idea.
So Hwy 87 to rim road.
About two miles before the official campground on the dirt rim road 300 there was a sign that said “No roadside camping past this point.” Still several fire rings here so I’m giving it a shot. Don’t like the stress of someone telling me I have to leave late in the evening… Crappy campground just down the road.

We stayed here last night, nice and quiet spot. We awoke to police in the morning who took our number plate. Apparently the neighborhood have reported vans parked here that have been dumping rubbish.
SHAME ON THOSE PEOPLE.
This was a great and beautiful spot. Fair enough that the houses have been complaining.

Overall really nice place. Went on a weekday and found a spot super easily. I was able to pull in fine in my minivan. Tons of space, very quiet, aside from some vehicle noise in the distance.

Strange, weird, wonderful! Far out there, nothing around. Place not well maintained; more or less abandoned - but: water is running, toilets are working, there is light. the water is a bit brackish - but if you are coming here you should be of the self-sufficient type anyway. bring your own... enjoy the pan and an evening in a sort of post-apocalyptic Mad-Max-scenery.

This is a a great place to camp. The park is very clean and well kept.
There is a historic schoolhouse at campground 1.
The park has available onsite laundry, showers and wifi.
Also, you can use the shower for $5 if you are not camping. The laundry is coin operated. There is alot to do in the area. You can fish, hike, ride horses, ride ATV's and explore the park.
there is a hatchery at the park that is open to the public and the park is home of the deepest explored underwater cave In the US according to the park ranger.

Great pull out, enough for big rigs or small. overlooking the lake. busy computer road in the evening but traffic died down after about 8:00 p.m. super quiet spot. there are several pull-outs along this stretch of road, this one is pretty level. gorgeous sunset view of the lake and the ocean. this one is called Penny Rock because of the large rock with pennies glue all over and a few dollar bills. It's very cool. 10 minutes from the ocean but secluded and had no hassles, woke up to two other RVs in the next pull out down but nobody by me.
