TroopyZn | We tried the community camp next door. No water, we came to Tjonkuvi. What a nice place. Highly recommended. Clean toilets and friendly staff. |

dorienhoukes | We parked at the end of the road under a big tree, almost on the beach. We ordered cocktails at the Father Rooster restaurant and asked if we could use the restrooms during the night. The restaurant closes at night, but we were allowed to use the staff WC on the backside of the restaurant. We got wakened very early though by the fisherman around 5:30 am. |

molinandrea55 | Very pretty church. If you are driving you can park at the beginning of the walk down. If you are in a moto as well. Then you can walk down the road that leads you to the stairs, this area is accessible with a wheelchair or a stroller. Then, you get to the stairs and there is no path down to the church other than the stairs. If you are biking you will pass the parking lot and take the path all the way to where the stairs to the church start; we locked our bikes to a electrical pole right before the stairs. From there, there are about 60 stairs down to the church. Then you can decide if you want to take the paths around the church - one goes up and one goes down to the river. It’s pretty! |

jd.herrera415 | Spent a night here, it was fine. We got a knock on the van from a homeless? lady at like 9:30pm that looks like she hangs or loves in the park, but our barking dogs seemed to have gotten her to leave. Works alright in a pinch, and the bathroom is open til 8pm. Also a water spigot near the playground. |

logannapolsky | Great spot! Yes, there is a giant pile of dirt that prohibits you from coming in on Boat Harbor but if you take Center St all the way to Utah park you can loop around and access Aligator park that way. Really nice overnight spot |

@alyvanblake | travelled down like 18 miles down a nicely maintained gravel road past dozens of brightly lit natural gas rigs to find half a dozen vans parked in the nice spots on the ridge. Nice views of the small buttes from the top and trails down and around them. To much light pollution from Denver, Fort Collins, the fracking units, and the hundreds of wind turbines to recommend specially for star gazing but you can see pretty far from up here. Plus the countless small cactus make this not dog friendly at all. 2 out of 5. |

AJsAdventure.de | Be careful here! We stayed at this parking for three nights. All good; then the window was smashed. Everything pulled out in the rain and drenched. I can't recommend the place after this incident. But vandalism and broken cars are a huge problem all over the city. Very sad 😭 be safe put there ✌️ |

untouracinq.com | we stayed there 3 nights before and after going to the Kgalagadi, and saw nobody around. Looks like an old quarry with a large flat gravel area and some rocks. we asked at the nearest home and they say no problem.

nicholas | Street parking in a fairly nice residential area. Lots of big, empty walls to park next to. Felt safe, weren't disturbed all night. We were in an Airstream Sprinter, so bigger(ish) setups should be fine here. The spot is also walking distance from Mirador Indepencia Park, which has incredible views and hiking! |
