There are EB and WB travel plazas. Stayed at the EB one. Plenty of parking, 24-hour restroom. Other stores here (limited hours) are Starbucks, Sunoco, Popeyes, and a few others. EV charging. A lot of highway noise. Well lit. Stayed one night next to a couple other campers. Website says they have WiFi but it must be in the plaza.

Kuwait-SAon motorcycle, very quite crossing. Everything very smooth. In total took me one hour, just follow the obvious flow of offices and checks.
If you leave the area you will find after 8km a tankstop. At the supermarket you can change dollars for dinar and at the little mobile shop you can buy a sim card.
Motorcyle/car insurance is at the border.

Little parking. Toilets were closed (october). sheltered picnic tables. Tim Hortons near by so it was comforting after a -3 deg. celsius and snow night.

known locally as Tuart Reserve. small but decent spot for about 7/8 campers at the most. quiet and pretty clean with a couple of tables just about still usable.

Tarmac flat car park next to town wall. Relatively quiet. Some road noise. Wc, water, dump. Electric.

This is truly one of the best stop overs if you are in Central FL. Plenty of parking, fairly quiet. I have been staying here for several days without any problems. Business is very busy on weekends.

Beautiful spot, quiet. make sure you pay attention driving in, you are surrounded by wetland.

If you have a small camper like a transit you can park along
the paved road liking the two rest areas. There is two or three spots on the side of the paved road MUCH QUIETER than the official parking. No problem to turn around. Weak cellular reception.

Beautiful and quiet spot! $24 for a weekday plus all the taxes and fees as usual, but worth it. They also have washer and dryers and the showers get nice and hot. Check out their camp store if you forgot anything

Shower and an hour swim for $5. Showers are communal in men and women's locker rooms (and very low like others have said), but they get hot and have good pressure.

Pulled in late on way to SLC from Vegas. 2 vans here. Perfect spot. Paved Trails, stream, river , near lake. Quiet and surrounded by farmland and Wasatch range views. Self contained, park respectfully, be quiet, leave no trace, control dogs so locals walking theirs in morning don’t get mad and demand no parking signs. Ideal!

Think about Tortilla wraps and Quesadillas, Buddha Bowl and Free WiFi and clean toilets. They also provide you with food for Boat Cruises (Kalahari Tours is next door).

Passamos uma noite tranquila no Refúgio que está em bom estado. Estava um pouco sujo pelo tempo (a porta não fecha e colocamos uma pedra pra não ficar batendo). Tivemos que limpar antes de usar, mas no geral o Refúgio está ok. Conseguimos um pouco de madeira no entorno e deixamos um pouco para os próximos que passarem por lá:) E por favor, não escrevam nas paredes!

exactly as pictured. free good water. It's located on the edge of the parking lot past pump one close to the street. still open even though it snowed yesterday, not sure when it closes for freezing. air pump also available

I had a problem with my diesel particle filter because of the aditude. so I had it expanded. they made a really good job and are verry friendly. And cheap as well.

This info is for the new Maverick on E. Winnemuca Blvd. I couldn't figure out how to delete this and put it in the right place. There is a Dump station in the back on the right of the diesel pumps. No potable water at the dump but you can get potable water at the front of the gas station in between the gas pumps. Look for spigot at pump 5-6.

Paid 240 soles for 1 month. Quick service.
