We used the dump station, but there was no potable water. Note: the dump is inside a garage-like building with an open front. I'm not sure of the ceiling height but it's probably high enough for most rigs. However, the sewer location is on the left side of the building, near the opening, which means if your sewer connection is on your left side (as it probably is for most rigs), you'll need to pull forward into the building (or you'll need a very long sewer hose to get to the hole from the other side of your rig). And the building is not very deep. The upshot of this is, if you have a long rig (i.e more than about 25 feet from your front hood to the sewer connection) or if you're towing, you may have trouble dumping here. Our 21 foot van had no issues, but if you're more than about 25 feet long, or if you're a trailer, I recommend getting a look at the setup before paying the $10 fee.
