Tons of parking on the “river side” of this road, there are also tons of free parking lots along the river too. There is a bathroom that is about a 5 minute walk from here. This is a great place to park to use the walking paths along the river or go to walk around the river arts district

lots of homeless and car dwellers around. I parked and while making a sandwich saw a homeless guy looking in car windows. when he got to my RV he saw I was inside he stopped going the way he had been going and wandered back towards the walking trail.
