markbradley27 | There is a spigot with a short hose on the backside of the water fountain near the restrooms. The water pressure isn't super high, so it's good for filling jugs if you're a little patient, but not for internal water tanks. |

viitor_moreiira(instagram) | This is a established campground. Fits any size of vehicle and has full hookups. I didn’t see any bathroom here tho. There is potable water! $40 a night for RV, $10 a night for car tent. There is a maximum of 10 days allowed to stay here. |

jonmatthew_baker | My second time staying here. It’s just off highway 58. Safe easy and legal. Nice stop. I went farther out dirt road on dry “lake” nice hard solid flat surface to camp. |

tracksaroundtheworld.de | Shell station. After a long looking for a washing place in the area we found this. Some of the petrol stations which are able to wash a truck, too, were very unfriendly. This is a good place to wash a truck. The people are very nice and they did a good job. |

travelschool101 | Probably give this a pass. We need to be in Tzaneen early so we opted to stay here. said camping would be R120. No power, just grass and bathroom.

Everlanders.com | We asked about staying in our camper, the hotel reception phoned the boss and they asked for 5000 colon for 2 people. Nice pool, Great spot to regroup before crossing to Panama. |

PenguinTraveller | Really nice spot where we wanted to spend the night. However at 10 pm we decided to leave this place as there was one car passing slowly by many times. This made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Unfortunately you can not really hide at this place and you need to park directly next to the street.

anouk_duckers | Really great campsite with simple but clean facilities (cleanest we’ve seen in Costa Rica). Mike and Louisa are really friendly and willing to help with anything, even helping with our car troubles. Definetely recommended! |

cantf006 | All the other positive comments are spot on, really clean and aesthetically pleasing place. Rode my moto through the reception. I paid 2000 Arg pesos, for one person. Compared to other places in Argentina I was pleased with this price.

famillevmsb | beautiful spot. However we arrived late (around 5 pm) and the owner was totally drunk. before entering, he spoke about a contribution for the night. but when we arrived at the spot (400m further the entry) he asked for 15k colones. we said it was a little big expensive and we tried to negociate. Suddenly he became very aggressive and wanted to fight. we left as we travel with kids. Maybe only a bad day for him? |

Wyld Eagle Adventures | You can drive here yourself. Seems like the men are in town, so mostly women and kids around. One of them spoke a few words of English. You can enter, take photos and buy some of their artwork. N$ 50 pp entrance. Small, every family lives in a tiny hut. They might have said 80 people live here, or possibly 18 families or 18 adults with their kids. |

Struuners | At the entrance we asked if we could camp overnight in the park. They called their rangers inside to ask if they were ok with this (no problem as we were the only guests that arrived this day). They provided us with multiple places to camp for the night, we choose to stay near their building to make use of the toilets and shower. The 25km road is half paved but any vehicle can make it here, they keep it in very good condition. We payed the 14$ entrance per person but nothing extra for camping and could actually be in the park for 2 days. SO MANY ANIMALS it's just amazing, it is dry season and the animals are drawn to certain spots with water. Close to our campspot was some water, and we've seen monkeys, agoutis, boars, deers, possums, birds and more. |

cloutier_16 | passenger van 2 cars from me had a smashed window in the morning. It looked more like vandalism rather than trying to steal anything, but I won't be staying here again. I didn't have any issues myself and didn't have any "bad vibes" about the place prior to seeing that in the morning. |

thunderchicken1200 | You can park along the beach, parallel to the road all night. There are no signs that say you cannot. Just no parking on the house side of the street. No parking time limit. Quite a few other cars parked along there. The road is decently long, so you can drive up and down trying to find the best spot for you. It’s a little narrow, so really only suited for car camping, small trailers (I parked my teardrop there just fine), or a truck camper. Not suited for Class C or A. It’s directly on the road, so expect some cars passing for road noise, however, it’s a small neighborhood, so the traffic dies down heavily after sunset. Very safe. I’d stay here again! Wish it wasn’t so windy and cold when I stayed. Would have loved to sleep with my windows open and hear the ocean all night. Cell phone reception wasn’t spectacular but I was able to stream HULU just fine. |

dkruis27 | I called ahead & was directed to park behind the building. Arrived after closing and was the only one staying overnight. Staff and management are very friendly. It is next to a busy road but it wasn't too bad overnight. |

Humble Bumble | Easy access for most any vehicle. Typical forest service road. Most spots as you first pull in and then some here and there as you get further in. There's a locked gate 1.2 miles in. Acceptable Verizon LTE but when you get back near the first cattle guard no signal |

Cubby Van Life | A large, SW county cg with beautiful desert plants, mountain views, millions of stars at night. We stayed here a few years ago and came back for the saguaro beauty. We rarely pay for camping, but this place is worth $20 for the quiet, darkness, respectable people, and the cleanliness. There are only 7 tent sites. Flush toilets, trash and recycling bins, hot water sink for dishes or washing your hair, and water and electric at every site with great water pressure. Charcoal fires only, no wood, and very few sites have a cooking grill, I think only loop H has them. DA lot of trails to hike or mbike. One can stay 7 nights. The winding, mountain road in is so pretty. |

tanguy.adriaenssen | We hid here from the snow for an hour or so with a hot drink and a bit of food, didn’t get to see the Refugio as motos aren’t allowed further up but in any case, if the weather is bitter cold, it’s a place to hide and warm up for a bit… |
Reserva Chimbarazo | -1.49840, -78.87523 | |
tanguy.adriaenssen | We landed here after a slight technical issue on one of the motos, the owner was super nice and accommodating, set us up in one of the bigger rooms upstairs for the same price as the small ones, allowed us to work on the bike under a small BBQ shelter offered for us to use the hot tub but we had too much going on mechanically for that, made us dinner and breakfast… simple place but seems to have a nice enough pool, decent rooms with warm water showers and everything you need.
