hpeter35 | Like it was said before 190 communal and 280 private, apparently no communal available for us so we took the „private“ one. You are right next to other private sections which doesn’t bother me, just for people who care about that.

info | Great park. Small quiet park in the forest. not for big rigs. large sites with lots of vegetation. no paving except ADA pads. Water is yellow with a ton of chlorine. Close to I95, but far enough away gor peace. I would return.. EDIT: the yellow settled out and looks organic. my blue filter did not pull it out. Sorry I filled my tank here. |

hiasl-77 | We sent a WhatsApp early in the morning and received an immediate response saying we should come over. We had problems with our handbrake. First of all, we were offered a very good coffee because we had to wait a short time. What a great service. Our handbrake including the brake disc and brake pads were changed quickly and professionally and we were given good advice. The price was also very good. The whole team was super friendly, very interested in our trip and our dog. At the end, "family photos" were taken. We can highly recommend the workshop. Thank you very much. |

multiplelobster39 | Large flat area on slick rock that can accommodate a couple of groups or one large group. Amazing views to the west. Established fire rings. Spotty cell service. Accessible via a short Rocky 2 track on the west side of the road. We parked 2 trucks with 18 ft trailers and there was room for more. |

spottycry53 | Hidden Caves is an archeological site that gives tours every Saturday starting in the town of fallon. More info may be available on the web. The cave is actually unaccessible, so to see it you have to be in the tour. The gravel parking lot is adjacent to vault toilets. This place is very popular for people to come to walk their dogs or to launch their motorcycles into the nearby area. A few feet further from the parking lot is a sandy dirt road entrance to the left where you can get some distance from casual traffic. We were the only ones camping here at this spot. Its a nice area and very quiet. Even though the cave is blocked off, there is still a nice interpretive trail nearby. |

vomkiezumdiewelt.de | nice place with a big swimming pool. the camping area is a bit dusty. facilities are very clean! we paid 100MAD for 2 Adults and 3small kids. They also offer buffet style dinner for 170pp which we didn't try. no alcohol served. |

GreenGrub | Really nice park. Popular boating area. I was planning to stay the night, but a black sedan with bright led lights and heavily tinted windows parked perpendicular to my car and just watched me for 30 minutes. They were awkwardly pulled into the grass ditch and instead of a view of the river they were closely viewing me sitting in my van. Plenty of actual spots open. Eventually they drove off and I decided to leave as well, as it was quite odd behavior. The unsolved Jenning murders didn't help even though it's an old case. Just keep an eye out on your surroundings if you stay here. |

VANCATION4LIFE(IG) | WORST experience we've ever had in our 6 yrs vanlifing so far. Apparently the younger locals hangout up here late into the wee hrs & well, use your imagination. We were able to drown out most of the loud music & talking w our vent fan. BUT @3am, 1 zombied out, high on who knows what junkie, started literally pulling on our door handles & demanding we let him in. Needless to say, we were outa there. We drove just a little (1/4 mile) up the mountain and stayed at the next trailhead w other vanlifers. |

fletcha13 | One of several primitive campsites along this dirt road in Hoosier National Forest. Enough room for several vehicles but probably not suitable for pull behinds or big rigs. Worked fine for our van. Established fire ring. On a hill so can be very windy. |

Landy-Peter | We drove down on a sunday afternoon, a group of boys ran after us the whole way. When we arrived at bottom they looked pretty interested at our rooftop boxes, we had a bad feeling to leave our car there and left. Sorry for them to run all the way down and walk back up without any benefit for them :D Should have gone early in the morning or parked the car on top and walk down |

Landy-Peter | We used this emergency wildcamp as it was too dark already to look for a better one. It’s an open area in the middle of a corn field. Gets very muddy when wet, no wind to cool down, I‘ve never had so many mosquitoes in one place. We left immediately when the sun came up. No people at night |

roaming_dutchies | Large open area on solid stones at the previous river banks with levelled spots. Locals park their vehicles here on the beach to take the boat to Boca Manu. We left the car here during the day and it felt good so we decided to stay the night too. The locals are incredibly kind and gave us bananas and brought us some groceries from Boca Manu. Amazing views over the Madre de Dios river and in distance the Manu river. In the morning incredible sunrise with thousands of chestnut macaws. |
