Large open field with no demarcated sites, no trees but numerous power points and water taps. Family resort with lots to do for kids. Day visitors allowed. Bathrooms clean.

Parking plaza shopping Anaheim , no signs “ no overnight “ and a lot rv , bus and car sleeping there , no problem . Night safe !

Lovely homestay at Sherali and his family. We definitely felt like home and really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for 2 nights because we got surprised by a lot of snow in the first night. We had Chai and bread when we arrived, dinner, the next day breakfast, lunch and dinner and then again breakfast when we left. They served soup, potatoes, eggs, fresh bread, plov and dumplings. Everything was delicious. It was plenty of food and we also always got plenty of chai. Sherali and his family are super kind and nice people, he speaks good English. Although we slept in Sheralis house (the actual guesthouse is in the other building), they gave us some privacy. The toilet is outside, which is really not a problem.
We paid 1000 Somoni for two nights and the food for 2 people. We highly recommend staying here!

We left the street at some point and drove a few meters into the fields. Parked behind some trees and bushes and had a peaceful night. No people, but you can still hear the road to some extent.

As of April 204, the 25'000 Dinar ticket for Hatra can be bought directly at the archaeological site. I visited Hatra today. Had to explain it to the soldiers at the 3 checkpoints that the ticket system has changed. When I arrived, the site guard made a phone call to the site manager who arrived 15 minutes later and sold me the ticket.

Beautiful shaded stands. Big enough for a group of 5-6 vehicles. Central kitchen and ablution facilities 2 swimming pools, bar area with wifi

Great little campground. Some have covered picnic tables, mine is space B12. It is very quiet. While most parks were full this one I was able to book 9 days straight (or all the way up to the 14 day). They have electric, water, garbage, dump station. Hot clean showers and with t-mobile I have 3 bars. A gem hidden between all of the big parks. Plus with my senior pass it was $13/night.

Nous avons eu la permission de passer la nuit sur le parking et de pouvoir utiliser les toilettes même la nuit. Il y a tout pour charger et décharger les eaux. Dans la boutique il y a de quoi manger à toute heure.

Nice reception by the park ranger. It is no problem at all to stay here. There was 1 spot that was suitable for our campervan. We were allowed to use the pool and toilets. There is 1 outdoor shower at the pool. The food in the restaurant is very tasty! Good wifi, reception to the parking. Super friendly! The next day our van was allowed to park and we went to discover Santa Ana by public transport.

Awesome spot! Lots of areas even when busy you can find space. Take it slow and watch the sharp rocks! No flat tires!

Nice spot with terrific views of Lake Mead. The road takes a bit of patience, but we easily made it in our 4x4 sprinter in only 2wd in dry conditions. You can camp right on the shore of Lake Mead but the bugs were thick, so we chose up on the ridge. There were just a couple other people camping in Jeeps but there were quite a few people fishing. I wouldn’t take a pull behind camper down here, but it’s great for my class b or truck/car/tent camping.

Just off the road next to the river with a good flat spot for camping and cooking. 🇦🇱

Muy tranquilo para dormir en motorhome, el único detalle es que hay un puente de la ruta a varios metros y genera un poco de ruido al pasar camiones. Mucha sombra y un parque muy lindo

crazy busy! tons of other campers everywhere. I had a hard time finding an empty spot for myself. No issues, nice, scenic and quiet.

Very nice and quiet spot. Not full at all in april 2024. Path with gravels but not a problem going slowly even with a 2wd

Stayed in the first of the three parallel parking spot in front of the museum. Great Wi-Fi reception. Night was calm no issues.

Overnight camping is NOT allowed. I’d just gone to bed when the sheriffs arrived. They were very nice, but I had to move. They suggested the weigh station that was a few hundred feet away which worked out.

There are SEVERAL spots along this road from BLM campground to boondocking. Several natural Hotsprings as well. Great place

A park located on the outskirts of Allentown, NJ behind the high school.

No overnight parking (closed dusk to dawn) as cops roll through and stop by, but it’s publicly accessible throughout the day.

There are bathroom facilities that are open during the daytime. Not sure about accessing them at night as they may (or may not) auto lock. I live nearby and it seems like they aren’t fully maintained (often no toilet paper or soap), so you may need to supply your own. Water fountains on the side of the building do not work.

Definitely a good, quiet place to walk or rest for a few hours.

Found the spor. Didn’t look level and unsure who owns the land in the area. It was just a tree at the intersection of 2 dirt roads. Did not feel comfortable staying here so I left.

Friendly staff and safe to stay but the lot is loud and bright. Not prefered to stay here but your options are limited in the area. Showers are now $20 but they are clean and towels are provided

Here is a huge desert place where you can stop everywhere. After in direction of Ica there are no more wild place for a quiet night. All the desert is now private properties with fence (what's a pity...). This place is really quiet. No Claro signal.

We didn't experience any problem driving from the veterinary post to the Khoabib canyon (about 90km) in a Land Cruiser. With cold tyre pressure at 15psi driving in low ratio third and forth for most of the time. All river crossings and rocky sections easy to pass as long as you drive slowly.

There are two campgrounds on the lake. Both are the same but each has it's own entrance because there is a creek in the middle and no bridge. Only vault toilets. First bathroom was stinky but we moved to the second house and it was ok. No tp. No fee but donations. Nice place. Trains are going all night but it's doable even in the tent.

The place is now private, like all the desert around Ica. See the point "The last wild place before Ica".

I really don't understand what people see in this place. As you drive through town to get there, it feels like an abandoned Gulag with all the high razor fences around the houses with no people and closed businesses (including the Pemex). As you get to the campground, you see the big gate and sign that says they lock you in at night. Why? Zombies? I've never felt as unsafe in Mexico as the vibe in that place. We decided to check out the campground since we came all that way, but the sites are super close together, the water tanks are swarmed with bees, and the manager was extremely rude. You couldn't have paid me to stay there, we got the hell out of there as fast as we could!
