Double checked and confirmed twice that the water from the tap is drinkable.
Friendly staff. Added pic of the tap at the back side.

Was not running when we were there in 2021. Guy was super nice! We had bikes but just kept on biking towards Nicaragua

Filled up our propane tank here for 220 pesos. Good service and a lot cheaper than in America!

CHILE -> BOLIVIA
Managed to cross with my Chilean van under a tourist visa.

I only had padron under my name and declaration jurada.

Chilean side was easy. Bolivian side was a mess. You just walk back and forth between the offices AND buildings. A women asked me for 15BOL just to get a registration number for the car import paper. It seemed fishy and I'm not sure you really need to pay but I didn't bother to ask, i just wanted to get through.

2022 fee for using dump is $8. Deposit fee in door mail slot. Look for a yellow post for dump inlet at the corner of the building.

Très bel endroit pour un petit arrêt. Nous avons pris un bon petit repas confortablement assis dans notre van en regardant la rivière. Il y a des tables de pique-nique, une toilette et une poubelle pour le recyclage et les déchets, c'était propre.

Another decent free spot. Pit toilet and no hookups. A few off road vehicles but didn’t bother us. Nice area to hike.

Great spot on the lake with spartan campsites. Hard packed road accessible by all. No hookups located but private, serene, and a great value. Some trash on campgrounds around but trash cans are spread about so feel free to contribute on the cleanup.

As mentioned..
- large grass field across from the casino/resort
- clean & level
- can stay many days (consecutively)
- must register with security (they’re friendly)

Very nice place and a must visit for families with small children.

Stood here for five nights, mostly alone.
weekends a few camper. The swimming pools were always well attended.

For motorhomes: The places in the camping area are not possible for rigs wider than 2,30 meter, because there is a narrow bridge.
! But every size of rig is possible to stay at the parking area in front of the hotel! see fotos. But maybe this pitch is better because an open sewer runs along the campsite, which often stinks.
On some days you can hear the train passing the complex, often honking.

But if you've seen the pictures, you'll definitely go here.

this site can hold one rig, is off the Forest road and has a fire ring. it's one of the better spots along this road for sure. it's not very level, but has room for one rig and several tents. near to one of the mountain bike trails.

Staying here tonight. Not busy and 35 mins to Lodgepole Visitor Center. Only one other person nearby. Peaceful and amongst beautiful pine? Trees. Fire pits also in a lot of spots. No need for 4WD - easily accessible by car.
We also have Service with Mint which is a bonus! Not the fastest internet but enough for us to browse and plan next few days.

Lots of machines, all new and fairly quick! $5.50 for a med load (4x) & $3.00 for a small load. It’s an extra $.50 for a hot water temp, but worth it when you’re doing heavy duty items that need a deep clean. Got there in the evening and was the only person there so I had my choice of machines & did all 3 loads at once to shorten my time. Great stop by, right off Hwy 1 if you’re in need of a laundromat. Plus, there’s a 7-11 next door, if you want a snack/drink while you wait.

Just arrived for our first night. It seems like a large overflow parking for some park or field below the hill. Police drove by a few times with no trouble yet. There are currently fires over the mountain that we have a great view of with the sunset and smoke.

Biiiig Campground, but a lot of space between. Surrounded from mountains. Now on May 31st not many people. I like 👍

The Wapiti Jasper tops the Tunnel Village II in Banff by far. Generously spaced sites, with and without fir trees. Great all-round view of the mountains. Firepit and massive wood in addition.

Good to know:
No WiFi, but cell service. E.g. from parcel W the showers are quite far away.
Sani Dump available.

Stayed there one night. It was absolutely beautiful. People are there, but as it gets later people leave. No disruptions, very quiet at night.

Perfect location between Olympia, and Ocean Shores. Quite place 1/4 mile off Highway 8.
Enough room to park many many vehicles. Remember this is a location for Hikers, Mountain Bikers, And all sorts of Off road atvs. There is a working porty potty on site. Requires a Wa State Discovery pass. Power lines run over parking area they are very quite.

stopped to check this place late at night but was very creepy vibe.. and at the end there is a gate that leads to a tunnel with a large light up sign that says no parking private property. We did not stay.

Nice parking area to overnight, plenty of room for several vehicles. Awesome view. Seals and whales just offshore. Road quieted down after 7pm. Rocky beach. Close to trailhead. The biker campground is just up the road back toward town.

Saw a few vans posted up for the night as I went into Walmart. Later, securities informed me to park closer to Michael’s. Plenty of parking under trees.
