TRAVELcandies-On-Tour | Beautiful views here. We didn't park on the flat gravel surface, rather than a few meters away (there's one trail going down to the beach, another one leads around the hill, this one we drove)

franklunenburg | Loving this spot. Our rig is right next to the beach. There is lots of shade from the palm trees. Owner is super friendly. The surf school is just 3 feet away. The facilities are very basic but fine. Would recommend this place when visiting Samara |

ugliek | Two large parking lots with benches overlooking water. No “no overnight parking” signs. Stayed one night, traffic was not bothersome, quiet night. Beautiful area to catch the sunset and space for dog to run. |

freeadventurers.com | This is one of the most beautiful spots we have stayed in. Stayed for 3 nights. Hiked to the dinosaur tracksites, which is a must see. The weather was perfect, no wind the whole time we were there. 50’s and 60’s during the day and mid 30’s at night. |

manejandoypedaleando | Nice and flat parking right in front of the beach. Less crowded than the other parking places. They have showers and bathrooms, the place is clean and the stuff is really nice. Not a person during the night, really quiet. You can fit any big rig. 8.000 crc per night. |
Beach Parking Lot | 9.39602, -84.15483
belladonna | Stayed on the far side of the Sam’s Club lot (shares the lot with Walmart). A few other campers for the night in travel trailers and RVs with us. Wifi closer to the Walmart or at Starbucks across the street. Some road noise but not as much on the Sam’s Club side. Arrived at 2pm and left at 8:30am. Traveling in overlanding SUV towing utility trailer. |

grace.crummett | A road runs through the campsite that is frequently used throughout the day but quiets down around 9pm. Locals are definitely curious about you and will likely stop to chat. Folks seemed genuinely concerned that I would be cold in a tent. I would not recommend if you’re looking for solitude. Bathrooms and facilities were clean. |
Ellis Lakeside Campground | 38.93942, -99.55551
cori.ontheroad | Pulled up in the dark, there was a sign along the dune that said Coots customer only, so I parked along the tree line closer to the street - there were no signs here. Really quiet overnight. Could hear the wave crashing! So peaceful. No one bothered us all night. Good cell signal. Edisto beach is right on the other side of the dunes and is off leash dog friendly during the winter months! |

instagram.com/t1nvan | We are a cargo van, parked near here on Calle Sinaloa at 24.149639,-110.331279 after dark for the Friday night, as Marea had an event with lots of vehicles parked on the street including past the gated pull-out. Slept fine, some passing vehicles and pedestrians as usual, nobody knocked. Unfortunately woke in the morning to find windshield had been hit forcefully once on the driver's side. Set of shoe prints, dress-shoe type, leading to the spot in the dirt. No other damage, nothing taken that we have been able to identify including small electronic item accidentally left in the cab. Feels random but deliberate. |

instagram.com/migratory_animals | Stayed one night and was surprised by how many people are here in the winter. Free camping, dump, and pit toilet available, but no trash. Between 0-1 bars of service on ATT. Hot springs nearby are not that hot, but fun to check out. Expect lots of families. |
