It looks like the original GPS coordinates for this listing are for a parking area on the left after you cross the bridge but that lot was blocked with a chain across the entrance, so we parked in the gravel lot next to Kiwanda Coastal Properties. It was right on the river. Almost directly across the street was an entrance to the beach, and off to the right as you enter the beach you can climb a sandy hill and get a great view of the ocean, from Bob Straub State Park over to Pacific City Beach. Bring a chair and watch the sunset. The lot isn't quiet by any means, trucks turning the corner there and passing through. We arrived at 6:30pm and left at 8am. Between those times about 6 people pulled in beside us to throw recyclables into the bins on the side of Kiwanda Coastal Properties, about 25 ft from where you park. Around 2am someone came to fish through the recyclables for cans and was quickly on their way. Harmless but a lil startling. There were no "No Parking" signs. Kiwanda Coastal Properties has a sign saying 24 Hour video surveillance, which I suppose is reassuring if true, and if you had a problem. I was awoken again by trucks passing through at 6am, hitting a bump in the road, and their work load bouncing loudly. I thought it was a knock on the door. We were the only ones there and no one bothered us.

Great stop for the night! We ventured just slightly past the main lot mentioned, past the small hut and found ourselves on the actual dirt road trails. Many impromptu camping spots perfect for small and larger groups. Several others were nearby all doing the same. Amazing for mountain biking and trail running. We’d have stayed longer if we could.

No camping allowed, but parked here with plenty of RVs on the dirt road. Quiet road, pretty dark!

nice place to park. had company from.other RVs, but no issue. 5km walk to the city center or a short uber ride. there are other parking lots ahead where you can park for the day while visit the city center, but they do not allow overnight so we came back to this one.

Great campsite. ZAR 150 pppn but it is great with an outdoor shower, bathtub and many other things. The sites are great as described elsewhere.

A nice clearing right off road with fire ring. Partial views west and east, 1-3 bars Verizon. Stayed here 2 nights. A few vehicles have gone by early. Very quiet after 7pm.

No overnight parking, was told around 11pm that I had to leave by a security guard. But was recommended to a close by grocery store to stay for the night.

GPS is Meziadin PP. We drove to see glacier and Into STEWART Small cafe, about 8 tables? .. bakery goodies are excellent and made in house by the chef ! We had banana bread, mocha cake and blueberry scones. They serve food as well. It didn’t look like they were ill affected by lack of sales during covid, meaning the locals must love them too. They were busy.

Just pay the $200 to support the local community. The area is clean and flat. If you are tent camping you can put your tent up on the beach, per the guy that takes care of the area.

Loud…busy…dogs barking…screaming kids… you get the point. Will definitely stealth camp next time I come through.

Four spots with water and power. $20 per night. Self-pay if they are closed. $10 extra to use the dump station. Hot showers and clean running-water bathrooms. View of the mountains. Dog-friendly with grass and trees. Four bars Verizon signal. No laundry, but laundromat nearby. Burner-friendly. (Water fill up $.25 per gallon if you don't stay here.)

Large Closed Road sign right off the main road. And the spot to pull in to this marking has a clear pile of tree debris laid out to stop you.

cg in colville nf, $24 per night. pit toilets, potable water, fire rings, picnic tables, trash cans. in the tall trees next to the river.

First night free after getting a players card and a visit with security to be approved to stay. Then you are expected to spend at least $50 dollars on the machines for up to 4 more nights. Too rich and risky for my blood, I moved on from there and did not stay.

Nice place for big rigs and for a quick stop.. Did not see any beats... If you going south you should go on the next spot! Near the fish camp!! Better X1000.

9/10. Firewood was provided but didn't use. Can hear a lot of cows mooing at night. Place is well maintained.

All nice and friendly to beginn with...parking overnight also no problem at first. After some drinks and souvenirs had been bought we were asked to park somewhere else....cheap and unfriendly way to treat travelers. Be aware of begging and ceaky kids....”

in front of Prefectura's office we spend a couple of nights, there is a public WiFi Network that once in a while works, the closer bathroom is in Monumento a la bandera.
in the week you will woke up in the middle of a lot of cars, try to park close to the exit if you want to go next morning. We leave the car here for hours with any problem, very secure and free.

This is a wonderful place. They serve local Colombian food (so lots of meat) and also have burgers and things like that. We are a vegan and a vegetarian and we were blown away by the food here too, they gave us vegetarian options and have a nice variety of local, national beers and fruit juices as well as hot drinks (tea, tinto).

We ordered a menu de día and asked to Jade it “vegetariano, sin carnet” so extra beans/salad/plantains or an egg instead. The menu came with a jugo and a soup (plantain soup! Sooo good).

If you are adventurous try the beverage named *Claro* is very typical of Medellin. It’s served cold and is made with corn and milk. The quite unique thing is that you drink it while you take small bites from *bocadillo de guayaba* (sugary guava paste). Love it

Perfect spot on the river with great cell service. You do have to drive 5 miles down a dirt road to get there, but it is pretty well maintained. It would not be fun in the rain/mud. Kudos to the person that said take the second road down to the river. The first is definitely a roller coaster. Once you get to the marked location, pass the first entrance and a stone’s through away is the second entrance to the loop. We watched some fly fisherman cruise down the river and one other family came to fish but left before dark. A couple of deer crossed the river as well. Another van drove in and stayed overnight. We did not do the short walk to the hot spring, but saw another couple coming back from there.It was lovely listening to the river lull us to sleep. The five mile drive down the dirt road was worth it.

Nice spot for a night. Crowded during the day, but possibly due to the time of year. There were a couple people night fishing until about 3am. No signs about parking overnight, park servicemen came by in the morning and were friendly.

The prices went through the roof here in Mompox. They asked 50k for the small basic room with fan and 70k for a room with a very old AC.
The fan turned out to be broken so we got a standing one. The bedroom and toilet is one and the same space.
Free potable water. We could leave our bicycles inside the hall.
We left after one day.

Really beautiful spot, I'm surprised there have been no reviews since 2018. There are 6 designated sites here, each with a fire pit (but NO FIRES at this time!!) Free. One vault toilet. You can hear road noise but that's ok. We had the whole place to ourselves. Zero cell service. Pretty dusty but the beautiful area makes up for it. Nicely shaded, lots of trees.

Super bel endroit directement à côté de l'énorme plage de Sept-îles! Vue exceptionnelle sur les îles! Calme, grand parking, on peut rester 48h et il y a des toilettes à notre disposition! Je recommande fortement!

Rio do Peixe waterfall
located in the municipality of Rio Negro MS 18km of gravel road Reasonable to MH, After a beautiful wooden bridge on the side of a house there is a gate and path to the top of the waterfall
nice safe place has trees and barbecue termites a little rough ground but worth it!

It has a trail to the bottom of the waterfall where there is a small beach Rio do Peixe is one of the most beautiful in MS

WC propres et accès gratuit à une ouche froide. Ne fonctionnait pas dans les washroom femmes mais OK côté hommes avec de la pression.

Beautiful park. We parked our van near the fenced in soccer fields. Quiet and nobody bothered us. We were the only overnighter there.

stayed for the night. There was some noise from big trucks comming to rest for the night, fine with earplugs!
