Parking for the recreation area and trailhead. Leveled, quiet at night. No signs of no parking or else. Lots of space, big rigs can park without problems. Pit toilets available. No cellphone service.

Keep the area clean and leave it cleaner than how you find it!!

Very good spot, no need for 4x4 as of 7-9-21. Very close by the river, amazing view.

Local dairy shop. Fresh milk, yogurt and ghee. Vanilla and strawberry flavour. Lovely shopkeepers who can speak basic English. They gave us a taster too while we waited.
A few doors down is a wild honey place that also sells propolis products.

Antique Oven is a bakery and has a cafe. They have Tanzanian baked goods but also cakes, muffins, bread rolls and coffee. There is a fridge outside with fresh local milk and yogurt.

We spent a very peaceful night in the town square. it has a bathroom and water. the city is very beautiful.

Rustic place, nightly burro visits. Gets hot quick in morning! Secluded, so real quiet. Great skies at night! When approaching from the south there's about 3 miles of mild dirt. 4wd not necessary, lower clearance cars should go slow, low clearance not advised.

Absolutely stunning spot on river - worth a visit as a quick stopover or as a base while exploring Sunrise area of Rainier! Good cell reception.

Two beautiful beaches. Dunes that still have vegetation despite vehicle traffic. There is a caretaker, Pedro, who is very friendly, takes away the trash and cleans the pit toilets. We gave him about 10US per night. Feels very safely. Lots of local families - especially during the weekends.

Perfect spot fir our 1984 Toyota dolphin. Had to maneuver a little bit to get off the road since we are a little low. But after that it was easy to park. Go slow. No internet unless you walk up the little hill top. Then it’s fast. At@t

Has dump/fresh water/ propane and of course gas. There is a dedicated rv lane for gas. Look for the GREEN water spicket in the RV lane. They told me it is fresh water. 10 bucks to dump. Have to go in and get a code.

Great little site. A couple other people were there. Awesome view of the stars. Two eagles seem to have homes there as well

Perfect place to sleep. Quiet street. There is a square nearby with a water tap.

I was disappointed that this shared campground between the United States Forest Service and Avista, allowed the camp host to post political items. This place was also quite poorly maintained. I chose not to stay.

We were in Roca Azul past weekend. My Partner and I really love this place. It has two pools, on with natural warm water and the other for a perfect hot day. We really loved the connection with the lake. The manager and the owner are really good people. Definitely a really nice place to stay with an RV. We share some pictures taken with our drone.

Very nice and rustic Bushcamp with solar heated showers, toilets, brai stands and a refreshing pool. Quiet, remote, no MTC-Signal. Many birds around. The 2 hour Cheetah-tour was fine, nothing to complain about. Actual there are 2 hand raised Cheetahs at the farm. You can get very close and touch them. On the yard are 3 "wild" cheetahs, that have a totally different behaviour - absolutely no house-cats.

Typical Walmart lot off the highway a bit so not too much noise. We arrived about 10pm so garden end of the store already full of other campers so we parked at other end with some stealth van campers that weren't that stealthy. Just happened to be right next door to an O'Reilly's Auto Parts which we needed the next day for a part to repair our skoolie. So a convenient stop at a safe enuf lot.

It was great to get here after meeting a couple called mocha dick on their bikes from Fairbanks. I pushed my bike onto the old road and camped beside the creek.
