Big flat gravel parking lot with pretty nice view at the snow coffered mountains, lots of space for big rigs;
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Closed - blocked by concrete barriers . Probably due to abuse / trash as is the case with many east to access spots
Report Check-InNice place for big rigs and for a quick stop.. Did not see any beats... If you going south you should go on the next spot! Near the fish camp!! Better X1000.
Report Check-Into the person you wrote the last comment, it is not humans poops but bears poops!!! it is a great spot but definitely also home of a lot of grizzlis, we had a very close encounters with mama and 3 cubs coming around the campervan! it was a very unique but scary experience! I wouldn't recommend camping in a tent in that spot for bear safety, but in a campervan or car you will be fine. great wildlife experience !!
Report Check-InTried to put up our tent in dark. Views are nice, however most people used the grassy part as a toilet. This is a poop minefield. Be careful with a tent.
Report Check-InGreat view for free. So many bears crossing this site so take care! But a great wildlife experience next to your Camper!
Report Check-InGreat view, nice and flat, tolerable traffic noise. It was a good spot to stop traveling with my dog.
Report Check-InHicimos noche al salir de Stewart muy tarde. Amplio lugar junto a la ruta. Sirve para una noche al paso.
