Nice view of Mt Hood. Plenty of space. Stayed for 2 nights and had no problems. There were a few Motorhomes. Super quiet at night.

Lovely spot to base for exploring San Salvador. Hosts are awesome people, really really nice! I am enjoying my break and more interested in resting here than exploring the surrounding. Only $5 to the city centre and there is an awesome deck here to enjoy the nature! The mushroom facilities are really nice! All other amenities are nice including toilet, shower and laundry facilities. Make sure you contact hosts prior to arrival as access is bit tight and space limited. Not for big rigs! I loved my stay here. Thanks guys, you are an amazing bunch!

Next to the crossing of 28th Road and FS2756 there is a large stony area directly next to the seasonal road. Surrounded by trees and bushes. Enough space for 3-4 vans. Should have some clearance for leaving the road but 4x4 is not necessary.

We were able to fill up our onboard propane tank finally, after driving all over Sudbury where we were staying.

Edit: sorry the place is ESSO. Not Easy. Darn auto correct lol.

Not fancy, but you get full hookups for $25. Sites are not perfectly level, so you'll want to have your levelers handy if in a trailer or larger RV. All sites are situated directly above the highway and it's noisy during the day. The immediate area is a mix of industrial and residential. There are two sections upper/lower: the one as soon as you enter is older and further away from the office and bathrooms. The site just up the hill to your right is nicer and closer to the bathrooms and office where you register. The bathrooms are clean, water pressure is strong and water is hot. The rain shower is super nice! Everything is neat, clean, and tidy. I visited during the week, and there were only three other campers, the place was mostly empty. Austin is historic, quaint and charming, worth exploring. The road is very steep coming into/leaving town in both directions, so if you're rig is heavy or you're towing heavy, be aware. SUVs and smaller camper vans should have no issues. Perfect for an overnight and a shower after camping on the land for several days. This is a Christian (Baptist) park (open to all) and they have Sunday services. The staff was very pleasant and low key. I would stay here again.

There is a sink with a water tap close to the restrooms, next to the hot water machine. Good for filling bottles. They confirmed it is potable. There are also several barbecue spots among the trees with water taps if you need to get your car closer and fill bigger tanks.

Filled a jug here, spout is on the building and not suitable for hoses to rigs but if you have a jug or something to fill it’ll work. Hard to control the flow but it’s free and accessible

I parked in a pullout alongside the two-lane road, which did see a fair bit of traffic through the evening. Traffic across the reservoir on I-80 was visible but not really audible. Flat and with decent T-Mobile service (a few bars of 5G). There is a good rail trail, about 9K each way, for walking or biking, that starts here and runs alongside the lake.
