Description
Short dead end loop at the river. There are some nicer looking buildings and cars parked during the night here as well.... can't be that bad ;)
Depending on where you are parking you get unseen from the main road. Quiet night.

The neighborhood on the other side of the river is not good looking but still safe and quite on this side.
Report Check-InWe parked at end of the street. At the beginning, we were very uncomfortable because it was in the middle of the city but after few hours we felt good and safe. We had a very good night
Report Check-InWasn’t expecting such a nice place in the middle of downtown. Clean grassy area before the door. Head all the way to the back for the dead end. Quite, peaceful night
Report Check-InStayed here 2 nights. Very peaceful sleeps and welcoming neighbourhood. Our four-year old played with all the kids in the evenings and two different parents brought us a flask of coffee and prepared a bag of fresh ‘chifles’. Perfect location if you have your own amenities.
Report Check-InPERFECT spot to park overnight in Jaen. Easy to grab a mototaxi to head to Centro for sim cards after crossing the border. Felt very safe... this was confirmed by two mototaxi drivers. Level, quiet, right by the river... so it's even pretty (on one side anyway)! Easy to get in and out... even ok for bigger rigs (we are 23 feet long and 10 feet high).
EDIT: We ended up here two nights while waiting on SOAT for our van... no one minded and it was a peaceful two nights.

Report Check-Ingood overnight place with no facilities. do not stay further away at the river as the local youngsters are partying there at night.
Report Check-InA peanut stayed here - as described, peaceful for the city and the river washes the noise away. Not difficult making the bush a baño. Very free.

A little bit of interest from older locals but no hassles. Quiet evening with river white noise canceling out traffic noise from nearby thoroughfare.
