ATTENTION, do not fill water here, our water filter was black after a short time

Peaceful and safe place, we were there one night in our way to Cuenca. 10 minutes walking to town. Clean bathrooms and hot shower. Still 5pppn.

We slept at Irente Farm for 15000TSH. And we had breakfast at at Irente view lodge. Only 5$ pp. huge breakfast. Fruit, yoghurt , toast, bitter, jam, potato, omelette, coffee, tea, juice, vetkoek, ginger tea. Viennas, veggies. We also went to the viewpoint. A beautifull sighting for only 3000TSH p.p.. place was very clean and neat.

stayed for a night in May on our way west. nor scenic and lots of garbage but very quiet, flat and open. suitable for an overnight ir a longer stay, if required. especially good for large vehicles or if you need space for multiple.

We stayed overnight at this spot with zero issues. There is a sign on the other side of the lot that says 2 hour parking, but as long as you are with your vehicle there should be no problems.
Clean bathrooms with a subway and Dunkin’ Donuts right in the convenience store.
There is a pet area near the Tesla charging stations. For being right off of the highway, we had a surprisingly peaceful and comfortable sleep. I would definitely stop here again for the night if I were to ever come back to the area.

Just a little less high in altitude compared to the parking lot at Quilotoa Laguna and quiet. Only a few cars, sheeps and cows passed by, waving to say hello but nobody stopped. We aksed a sheppard if we could stay, he didn‘t really care. You could stop at many places on this road. Lots of space also for big rigs, some grassy areas for tents and free. Please keep the place clean!

Washers are now 5$ (5x1$ coins only) hot water available for 6$ 10 machines of each

Sinclair gas station …. Water faucet by the truck fill section. Doesn’t say potable so assume it is not. The gas station has bottled distilled water for sale but be prepared for it to cost a lot (I bought 4 basic large bottles, a bag of Indian snacks (managed by an Indian family, there’s an Indian restaurant here too) and it cost $20.

Great shop that got me in to see the problem that day, fixed it the next day and I’m on the road. Great service.

Wonderful place, excelent camping, very by the beach. Quiet, peaceful beach with a stoning view. The staff is very friendly, beyond usual. They even offered us a welcome lunch on Sunday, on the owner. This is one of a kind in Brasil. For RV's it costs 25,00 pp plus the power. There is a four bedroom inn. Spetacular.

Pernoitamos aqui, tem um amplo estacionamento, ficamos em baixo de umas árvores ao lado da caixa d'água.

Lugar muito seguro, com banheiros M/F tem água e uma conveniência porém os preços são salgados pq é parada de ônibus, tem o posto de gasolina próximo a pista que fica a 100 mts.

Precisou pode ficar aqui, os funcionários todos gente boa.

Nice campground with reasonable prices compared to many others around! Paid 36$ for tent site which included electricity, level access, covered picnic table and acces to showers, washroom, dumping and water. Also possible to have tent site without electricity for 33$. Trees at sites, quiet place. I recommend!

$5 for just a shower. Bathrooms are pretty clean, but def bring shower shoes. Owners are very nice!!

Nice small camp ground. $8/night. $4 for seniors. No hookups. Pit toilets. We have a 45’ bus and we’re as to fit into a drive-thru spot.

New « no camping or overnight parking »? Be advised!

Great spot by the lakeside. Stairs going down to the water. Room for 5 campers, easy access except for the very big and long rigs. Bring levelers because parking has a slope. There’s a longdrop WC, bins and several benches & tables. 4G is reasonable.

We spoke to the administrator and he allowed us to sleep here at the parking lot.
There are some Pitt toilets outside the park.

Fantastic spot. Gorgeous view, fire ring, strong cell signal.

Great camping. Clean bathrooms, good kitchen, washing machine. Water, electricity and poor Wi-Fi. It costs 50 pp, but we negotiated and payed 35 pp. Good for RVs.

Camp Chamblee in the Bladen Lakes State Forest is a primitive camp about a mile down a sand road. No water, an old port-a-potty on the site but no other amenities. It’s a large open area without designated camp sites. You need to get a free camping permit from the Ranger’s station which is at the corner of NC242 and Sweet Home Church Rd. The campground is off of Sweet Home Church Rd. Very nice and quiet spot near enough to Elizabethtown for supplies. We spent one night. We found this campsite using this app. Google Maps got us close but not all the way here. Just so you’ll know.
