Was curious about the spot. Nice empty parking but had to pay 8$ for the night (12h max parking).
The boat make some noise when leaving and arriving but it’s ok.
No wifi
Parking lot. We stayed overnite on Canada Day (free parking). Quiet place to sleep. Washroom nearby at Quai Paquet but it closes at 9pm.
