This is a great place to stay. The family is so nice. 100 pesos per night. We stayed 2 nights. Quiet, great views, impeccably clean bathrooms. No showers, restaurant, & a little store on the property. Next to the entrance of the trail to Peña de Bernal & 15 minute walk to Centro Bernal. Many, many shops along the way. We just left our van parked here & walked everywhere.

Utilized this dump station and potable water after hiking the Topokah Falls trail. Easy and free to use!

Quite a nice spot except that it is adjacent to a sewage lagoon so a bit smelly.

Fiquei estacionado aqui em uma rua paralela ao posto shell por 3 dias e 3 noites. Lugar seguro e tranquilo dia e noite...em final do mês de maio...os seguranças privados vão le fazer perguntas etc mas nada demais...não se pode armar acampamento...o lugar é "privado". Agua e banheiro no posto shell, pessoal gente boa. Sou do projeto @Dekombiletsgo no insta e YouTube, boas aventuras a todos.

Great little overnight spot campsite. Free with your annual national parks pass but like other reviewers no one checked. Hidden and tucked away but close to I5. Pit toilets were clean. Got there around 3pm and plenty of open campsites. Did get full overnight.

Beautiful spot, but I was told by rangers I had to move after I set up camp. You might be allowed to park for the night, but it is not tent friendly.

Stayed here for one night. The person here charged us $7.50 per person to camp, even though the ticket said $5. Said it was extra to use the bathrooms and the mirador. Meh.

Place is ok, cold showers and didn’t say we could use the hot shower in the cabana, as mentioned below. No wifi. Clean bathrooms.

Not sure what the benefit of staying here versus the parking lot by the lake. But it is easy access to the lake from here and our cat LOVED it.

Absolutely delicious Thai food. We had no idea that this was here, chef is from Laos and so very friendly. We were there for their happy hour (monday-friday, 6pm til closing) so lots of the dishes where $3 cheaper (original prices between $9-13).

We had the vegetarian pad Thaid and the green curry with veggies. It was all amazing, big portions too!

Outdoor and indoor sitting and strong wifi.

Stayed here one night on the garden center side, no problem. Gas near here was only $3.99. Lots of other surrounding businesses.

Arrived around 6:15 pm on a Friday night. It’s a pretty popular place, obviously, so there were people coming and going for awhile, until around 11 pm. Around 7 am Saturday morning I could hear families and runners up and at em.
Good spot but there was an RV with a table and chairs and I just thought “NO NO NO!” I was worried they’d attract police attention but nope.

Looks like a municipal dump station. Easy to set up, but as mentioned previously, you need your own hose. There are also several trash bins next to it, which is convenient!

Spent two nights here. Very quiet (even on weekend nights), amazing stars and well hidden from the road if you choose your spot wisely. Saw multiple foxes that seem to be used to getting food from humans unfortunately... Lots of trash, broken bottles and TP.

As described, nice spot for tents, kind security guard who gave us lots of water. Bathroom available. Sandflies +++

Stopped on the way up in a pullout before the dam. Was beautiful, though a bit of traffic. Cleaned up a pile of gun casings and empty cans. This river is awesome!

Everything as described before, very organised.
All in one building with signs above the the windows. If you only "transit" through Tansania, the roadfee is 5$ (7 to 10 days) instead of 25$ for a month. You can either pay in $ or Shillings at the NMB-Bank in the same building.

Single entry Visa was still valid - they told us if you stayed in the East African Community since the last exit of TZ you can enter again within the validity period of 90 days.

For the whole process we needed approx. 35 minutes 👍🏻

Enter through the gate behind the New Moon Safari sign, and you'll encounter the open air workshop. It appears scaringly simple, but Bandra quickly soldered my faulty O2 Sensor of my Tacoma back together and fixed my problem, something nobody achieved during various visits at several mechanics before, including 2 Toyota shops. Thanks!

Lovely place as described. Lovely pool area. Clean bathrooms, good hot showers. Price now 130P pppn. Plus 80P for electricity which seems a little excessive to me. Decent internet, WiFi at the restaurant/bar/pool area as well as 4G with Mascom throughout. Expect music noise on weekend nights.

Very beautiful. Open patch of dirt with some views of water and premade fire rings. Not too crowded over Memorial Day weekend. Peaceful. Would definitely come back.
Knocking off one star because a huge box of our camping stuff got stolen while we were on a hike during the day.

$15 for a shower, but big and clean. Soap and towels provided.

Lots of machines. Clean and tidy. Most machines accept The Laundry Boss app so you don't need a bag of quarters!

Der Platz ist riesig. Man parkt parallel zur Straße. Dies ist im ersten Moment nicht schön, der Blick auf die Berge entschädigt aber sehr für das restliche Ambiente. Die Toiletten- und Duschhäuser sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider werden sie von den Campern auch nicht gut gepflegt und oft verunreinigt. Pluspunkt ist der kostenlose Shuttle vom Campingplatz nach Banff Downtown. Die Hinfahrt ist kostenfrei, die Rückfahrt kostet 2 CND pro Person. Man kann getrost den Camper stehen lassen. Kostenlose Dumping-Station!
Auf dem Platz sind wir Squirrels, Goldspechten und Elchen begegnet.

Very idyllic camping with good infrastructure. Quiet and relaxing. Short tour for birdwatching or just enjoying nature. No other tourists. Free. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for one night. The street was quite busy during the evening and in the morning, and a few runner and dogwalker. The view was awesome and we had a relaxed night close to Whitehorse. Perfect!

stayed on site 13..great place to stay, only complaint is that it was a bit dusty, but overall we enjoyed our 2 night stay
