MODERATOR NOTE: Place removed because camping is illegal here. Signs posted and enforced
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Just to add to this, you cant camp within city limits which this is and there's a big sign on the way in that says such. So any of these spots along the lake are at your risk of getting a knock.
The view is pretty however.
Many signs prohibiting Camping in the entire area. Whitehorse shortly changed a lot of there regulations.
Report Check-InWe stayed here for one night. The street was quite busy during the evening and in the morning, and a few runner and dogwalker. The view was awesome and we had a relaxed night close to Whitehorse. Perfect!
Report Check-InLevel spot for one Rv/truck near large parking area that’s not very level. Lots of marked trails for hiking or mountain biking. Lots of mid size pot holes on road in. Just go slow. 4x4 not needed. Beautiful area 10 minutes from town.
