Fair for a night but it's pretty loud and busy for most of the night. Also since there is no bathroom here, the area just next to the station is a giant toilet and pretty disgusting. At times the smell of burning brakes gets pretty strong. Personally I would not stay here again as there a better places going to Argentina before you hit the border station further from the road and not as gross. We bought 15 liters of fuel and they has no issues with us staying the night.

Water is still available and indeed the best pressure we have seen in a long time. Quick stop to fill the tanks before crossing. Plenty of room for any size rig to pull over. Tienda appears closed so no one to ask.

Great place to do laundry with a very helpful owner. After this visit you will be an expert on washing. The owner loves a good chat about the state of the world and there is great wifi.

Decent enough for one night. Paid 45,000 Tzs for a Double Room - though he first asked for 60,000 Tzs. Reduced only when we said we’d look somewhere else. Room is clean though smelling strongly of some kind of cleaning detergent. Toilet was leaking. Cold shower only.

Sorry to tell you but yes we got it picture proofed. As I said before he, Manuel, has two faces. The campsite is nice we agree but what he did to us we will never approve. Just to tell you, he admitted that he drove in it so…

Great budget place to stay.

CLP$15,000 for a single with shared bathroom. Private bathroom costs CLP$25,000.

Friendly owner.

Tiny kitchen. Small fridge. Two-burner stove. No oven. Plates and cups available.

Wifi is slow.

The lady will do a load of laundry (wash, dry, and fold) for CLP$5000.

Parking is available a few blocks away for CLP$2000 (moto). She offered that I could park the moto inside the hallway, but it's a tight fit. If you have a small bike, it's an option.

Parking lot next to museum. There are no signs prohibiting camping. Multiple RVs are here. Locals know many people stay overnight.

We also liked it here! In walking distance to Kasbah, clean facilities, suitable for tents.
Downside: no shade and solar showers, so only warm showers in the afternoon.

70 Dh per vehicle with 2 adults.

Nice campsite. Showers are electrically heated, so hot showers whatever time of the day!
Area for tents is not very appealing, but better than nothing as most campsites are not exactly equipped for motorcycle/bicycle travelers.

We stayed one night and paid 40r for two people and a Land Cruiser. Lots of space. Flat. Electric and quiet at night.

There’s a short little hike to a waterfall. If you’re a climber this looks like your spot. Bolts in the wall by the waterfall. Saw ropes, helmets etc in the “lobby.”

There’s a fireplace inside and we had the beers and burgers, both of which were good……

a small bar with a great view, where you can also put up you tent, or park your car for the night. they also have some very simple rooms for a very low price. Just be sure to bring enough water and your own food. But definitely a good place to stay over and have a cold beer

IF POSSIBLE, TEST YOUR FILLED BOTTLE BEFORE LEAVING THIS PLACE. The filling of our Canadian 5 kg (11 lb) propane bottle was done quickly. However, when we began to cook we were not able to open the on/off-handle as it was extremely tight for an unknown reason. They did something wrong when filling up our bottle. We tried to open it several times but gave up. Next morning we went back to the office. The guy first tried to open the handle by hands but could not open it. He went away for a moment to work with the bottle. He did get it open and it seems to work now but the handle is not like it was before, it’s more stiff. Before this we have not had any problem with filling our bottle in the Americas.

Ok for a campground, tent sites busy and feels a little enclosed between the trees and the swamp. RV sites all empty. Road in was good and reservation easy to get. Buggy for sure. Slow cell service, but useable. Portapotties up at the RV sites/day use area, bring your own TP.

This is a beautiful public park, but there is no access with vehicule so we stayed outside the gate at a parking spot. There is not a lot of information about the place and nobody to ask around but the place is so nice we decided to stay for the night. Quiet and pretty safe, nobody bothered us. There are green areas, benches, bbq, huge trees, a water spring and tons of nice birds singing in the morning . Bathroom was open so we used it, all ok. Neither the roads or parking spots are suitable for big rigs.
Next morning we saw some people coming to excersise.
