hot shower in family/disabled toilet in bus waiting area. you have to pay the attendant to get token. cash only. closes at 7pm. most parking is paid except some 30mon spaces just past here on this side of the road

in the football field change rooms there are hot showers. they seemed to be open all the time. they are communal open showers. the change rooms aren't labelled male/female so be aware of this. also watch out for questionable characters wandering around.

Indeed a nice place with very friendly stuff and security.
Unfortunately it smells after faeces 24hrs. WiFi (given by the guard) is fairly OK.

update: bathrooms are okay but cold showers. I arrived at 3.30pm and paid 150kw for camping. at 6pm the lady came over and said that the price I paid was to be here during the day and I need to pay another 150kw for camping. ridiculous. she was just trying to get money out of me. so she basically wanted me to pay 150kw for being here for 2 and a half hours and another 150kw to spend the night here. I told her there's no way I'm paying anymore money. it's not even worth 150kw anyway. I'm kind of annoyed because she was obviously just trying to get more money from me

Warm welcome on arrival, Luis and Julieta are great hosts. Food is wonderful and not at all expensive. Can’t recommend enough

Rooms with ensuite now 400, and 500 for room 7 (no idea what's special about it). I saw rooms marked for 150 but didn't ask about them. Room was big enough for bicycle. Still buckets of water.

Great, quiet spot for breakfast, clean heated bathrooms.

Working perfectly fine, but locals informed us that you can get fined up to 1500$ for using a hose (meaning filling the RV instead uf just a jug).

Claudia & Michel are really great. We only contacted them at short notice, but they gave us a very warm welcome. We had a nice evening with interesting travel stories and they also know lots of tips and tricks for Latin America. If it works out, we'll be happy to come back. We recommend everyone to come and visit them. Thank you for everything!

still open, the nice old lady lives in that bus! bought two natural cremes in a tiny portion (perfect for travelling with motorcycle) and they smell awesome and the skin feels very good! highly recommend this shop!

Beautiful spot, many spots aren’t level but there’s a few nicer level ones. A few miles of well groomed dirt road to get here. Suitable for most rigs, larger sized will have a little trouble. No real washouts though, nice road. No Verizon cell service :( @explore_RLT

One of the best boondocking spots we’ve found. Cell reception 3-4 bars VZ. Beautiful view of mountain. Easy drive in. Can definitely see where I wouldn’t want to go in my rig. Everyone should visit this spot. @explore_RLT

Can book on the BC parks website or turn up. Very busy in summer.
Very hot as in desert country.
River was high and brown when we cam due to the flooding up north.

Trains are running all the tine from both sides of the camp. We didn’t find it too bad, but if you were a light sleeper it would not be enjoyable.
Lots of prickly pear cactus :)
Nice campground.

Very hard to park in Sayulita so this spot was « perfect » for that. Close to the beach, we were able to go surf easily.

It seems like a very calm street normally, however, there were a wedding party all night long in a hotel just beside… we could feel the music bass shaking our rig

perfect place to spend the night before crossing the border to the US. we stayed in the little parking lot between the hotel and the travel centre. It was the right choice as the truck lot was overflowing with trucks.

It’s okay - pricey for what you get (just a piece of grass) but the views are nice and the showers are hot and free for campers.

Decided to give this one a try, since it has more spaces than the other nearby boat ramp. I arrived early evening, and once the locals cleared out, it was relatively quiet. One or two folks came in before midnight, but didn't stay long. Nice peaceful night's sleep.

Nice RV park in a birch forest. Site without electricity is 40$. Eclipse hot springs directly in walking distance.

Cheap icecream and good wifi. There is a free parking lot beside the shop.

Amazing definitely muddy it rained all night I was there but was able to tuck into the trees. Beautiful creek running behind site

Nice spot. You don't hear the noise if you sleep in the car. One big hole on the road, watch out for it. We arrived at 6pm on saturday and only one spot was occupied.

A great hotel to stay at. No fancy facilities but everything is clean and tidy. Spacious double rooms, showers with hot water, cute patio with hammocks. Owner very friendly and accommodating. Let us leave our car there while we were in the jungle and prepared us a breakfast to take away as we left early on our tour (5am). 150bs for a double room with breakfast, 120bs without. Good WiFi. Definitely a good place to stop! (spent 5 nights there in total)

Since end of April the cost is a whopping 4000 pesos for a car and 1800 pp. Thats just way too much in iur opinion. The location is nice by the lake and you get a well built quincho with tables, bbq and your own water tap. Warm shower only from 3 to 6pm though and the wifi is very bad, as it has no password everybody connects. The camping also has the port for all the boat tours, so expect a lot of non-camping-people walking around.

$5 p/p, really welcoming owners. If you’ve been to Rio Claro in Colombia, it has a similar set up. You can also go rafting. It was rainy season when we here so everything was a little muddy and merky but nevertheless we enjoyed our stay! Arrived on a Saturday night. Really quiet evening.
