vidardfran | The place is ok, we pay 15000 pp but you have to let your car close to the entrance. It s not so far from the other lodges and camping so by night there is noise. toilets and shower very basic. from the same price you have the lake bunyonyi rocks resort, it s seem better and far from the tourism places.

crislercompany | This is a County Park with 22 campsites, a river put-in, picnic area and bike trail. It's $30 per night for RVs and $20 per night for tents. Dump station is available and so are showers. On a July Sunday night we were the only ones here. Very pleasant place. |

ottenweinerts.blog | Large parking lot, pulled in in the back near the motel. Asked manager - no problem at all. Some noise from motel guests in the evening, some trucks in the morning at Walmart, not much traffic noise from the interstate. WiFi from Crackerbarrel |

jakeschualberke | Camped here for a night with a motorcycle. Nice view of the lake and monastery, but lots of trash all over and about 10 or so other campers (we were here on a Sunday night). Around 1am, some guys rolled up nearby and started firing guns (presumably into the air - we didn't see them, but heard them clearly). I didn't feel unsafe but that was not enjoyable. And to be clear, the bridge from Ananuri is completely out. A large section on the south end is simply missing, so we did as the prior commenter suggested and took the bridge further north. |

thekombichronicles | This spot and the other one on the peninsula have both been taped off and there is a no parking sign. Looks like they are using it to store building materials right now. |

thekombichronicles | They asked for double the price, 20.000 and it was extremely noisy. We found a level spot and it is convenient but there was constant loud traffic which only stopped between 3-5am. Don’t recommend unless you have a well insulated rig! |

candacebouteiller | got a movie and a place to stay. was $25 entry for the two of us which included the movie and two drinks. we asked a worker and she said lots of people stay the night. bigger rigs just need to go in the back. the washrooms were available all night but the lights aren't on after a certain time. it was quiet once the movie let out. |

dailycakeslice | Cool spot. Not too many people but I came after it rained. Camped on top of the mountain (200yd walk). Very humid in the morning. 0-3 bars and good LTE (depending where you’re standing) on Tmobile. Lots of potholes on the way up but be careful and you’ll have no problem in any vehicle. |

Helena National Forest | 46.61336, -112.02217 | |
zorrbill | Described well by others. The lowest level is the place to be but only can accommodate one small Class C or a B. Two tents would prolly fit. Floating dock is a great plus. I was prepared for the hordes of mosquitoes that others had talked about but on this overcast day with temperature at 55°F there was just a stray one or two. If you’re in a class B or small class C the best approach would be to back down to the spot by the lake. Otherwise, as others have said there’s the first level off of the rest area with picnic tables that are easily accessible from both ends. |

nienkestumpel | Perfect spot! We asked the security guy, he told us it’s safe and it’s allowed to camp. Plenty of trash bins and toilets. Also: if you drive a bit further, there’s more places to camp (and many more campers). There are even some really long and wide spots for big rigs. Would definitely stay again! |
