We spend 2 nights on this street in a suv. Quiet place. Be discreet and don't put your trash on floor.

Arrived here late but went to sleep to get up at sunrise to see the elks in the morning. We were a bit worried about our lack of petrol but still had a lovely drive and saw lots of mothers and babies

o dono da cabana é muito atencioso com motorhomes. Fornece água, energia, wi-fi. A cabana tem chuveirinho e banheiros ( não tão limpos) mas, ambiente tranquilo, fora de temporada e durante a semana praia quase deserta.

Solid spot. Stayed here 3 nights along with a couple others. One night had some meth heads but they left and it was super quiet.

great spot with neatly kept park. no no signs for overnighting. a lot of local traffic during the day and into the evening but space to spread out.

just a gravel pull off on the side of the road but trails on either side. goes down to the water and there's for rings. fishing areas too. lots of traffic during the day. driving way to fast.

It's still there but not so appealing anymore. Looks a bit run down and not maintained. However it's still possible to park for the night. A lot of space. Toilets but no shower. Water but I doubt its potable (from a tank). People come in the evening but no problems. Road noise from main road.

This place was rightfully recommended to us by several overlanders. You have to drive from the main road for a bit, it's not in a great condition but we managed with our 2WD L300 campervan. It's a very quiet and secluded spot where you can get your well deserved rest. Martina and Johan will make sure you have everything you need. We did all our laundry, enjoyed pizza from the clay oven, chicken curry, talks around the bon fire... We enjoyed it a lot, ended up staying 5 nights. Definitely go there if you want to relax!

The visit of this mate factory isn’t free anymore. You can choose for the whole tour, 15.000 PYG or part of it, 10.000 PYG. They showed us the museum, a movie and the factory (whole tour). The visit of the factory means mainly the packing department, which is still a lot of manual work. We got a very good explanation about the company, the history, the growth and processing of mate ... until packed. At the end we got a present, worth the entrance price. During weekends the tour is different. Reservations necessary by phone: 0981 259659. We didn’t know about the reservation, arrived in the afternoon, they proposed us a tour for the next day.

Friendly owner and staff and beautiful view. Place however needs a lot of work to make it an actual Ecolodge. No outside seating except for a few broken chairs. Would be a much nicer place to chill out for a few days if it was done better. Note, there's only one restaurant in the village. Ask prices before ordering. The woman who owns the place treats foreigners like an ATM machine.

Well worth a visit to see how this religious group live very tranquil in the middle of nowhere. You can buy cheese and have lunch in the restaurant. If you want to do a guided tour you can contact Ana Lia

Good Campground with searated spots.
Close to the lake, great for sunset. Pit toilets and a water pump for portable water available.
As its close to the highway you can hear the trucks flying by, but its fine over night.

Still under construction but first rooms and restaurant is getting ready. Paid 35kCOP for tent camping with a bycicle including a basic breakfast and a hot coffee/chocolate handed over by the friendly workers basically whenever they saw the chance to give me one.

I fondi the Place very good, All Is exactly like a tradizionale iraniani house with a very nice area in the center of the house.
the host Is available for everything you need.
Food ad dinner and breakfast are the best you could ask.

Didn’t see any “no overnight parking” signs. We’re in a white promaster. We parked along the back/side in front of the grass. Stayed in the lot and worked the next day. No issues. Close to 70. Good ATT.

This inn is now called Rendez vous des chasseurs. It's still 25,000 CFA.

Great place to take a day off the road and go see the nearby canyon.

Rose the manager is an excellent cook. The restaurant has Western (chicken brochette, fish, pork...) and African dishes (mainly bush meat: antelope, gazelle, porcupine, etc).

We found Fernanda's number on the website, contacted her via WhatsApp, and arranged our arrival for late afternoon since we gave her a short notice and she wasn't at the campsite.
When we arrived, we felt very welcomed by Fer and Pablo. They showed us around and, although it was almost nighttime, spent some time with us building a nice connection.
Bathrooms and hot showers were very clean and we also had wifi available.
Before we left, Fer shared with us some orange cake she had baked for her daughter.
Wish we could've stayed longer!

Gem in the rough. Lots of street parking outside an apartment complex and plenty of other street parked cars. Great for a night or two of stealth camping. Located next to a bunch of commercial stores and lots of restaurants.

May be noise from trucks coming in n out due to commercialized area.

We were coming in late and got one of the last remaining tent sites. Pit toilets were clean and had almost no odor. Phenomenal mountain views and great views of Ouray. Close to Box Cañón Falls and Cascade Falls Sites were well spaced and most had forested/shrub barriers between sites so it felt very private.

nice and quiet here. jut beside the road, but during evening and night only a few vehicles passed by. the water is perfectly cold for a morning swim 😀

This Place apparently lives from the good ratings from the past.
The owner is nice yes, but the place is filthy and covered with garbage all over, wifi doesn't work, loud neighbors and the interamericana does the rest.
10000 for two person. The dogs were the best thing there.

Wonderful open spot with tons of room for all size rigs. Beautiful views. Very spotty Verizon service.

Beautiful overlook but very sketchy scene: some people ‘parking’ not overnight and one guy who looked like he had been there a while hit me for money for ‘ice’ and tried to dissuade me from heading up to sequoia, gave bad info on other local towns. The whole area seems to be in decline since the fires.

Quite and nice, river bank with toilets and tables

Great spot on river, secluded with fie pits as noted before, sat on river bank and enjoyed the beautiful view. At end of park road near bridge. Nobody bothered us

Bel endroit au bord de la mer petite plage avec peu de sargasses. Ce n est pas un camping aucune commoditee mais l endroit est charmant. Joseph se fera un plaisir de vous heberger sur son terrain et le pecheur qui habite la vous vendra du poisson frais. Une etape a faire a 4 kms de la route principale facilement accessible
