San Diego’s been cracking down on vans. My friend told me I could probably park at the nearby climbing gym but I felt better being on the street. I saw about 3 other vans when I came in. A bit noisy, but I feel safe as a solo female traveler.

Tried to park here at 730 and no spots. Came back at 930pm and found one. Didn't get bothered.
Report Check-InCame in around 10pm still found a parking. There were quite a few vans parked here. It was surprisingly quiet ( relatively speaking) at night. Had a good sleep. Felt safe.
Report Check-Inpulled in kinda late, but still was able to find a spot. lots of other vans out here. kinda a lot of through traffic for the time of night, but still relatively quiet, and no one bothered me. left at 0630.
Report Check-InSlept here for two nights. First night no issues but the second night our dog woke us up by barking at 4:30AM. We then felt our car shake and we looked out the window and man had cut our bike lock with bolt cutters and was pulling our bike up. We banged on the window and he immediately went away. We will not be sleeping here again
Report Check-InSlept here two nights. No issues the first night but the second night our dog woke us up at 4:30AM by barking at something outside. We then felt our SUV shake and we looked out the window and a man had cut the bolt to our bike lock and was pulling our bike off the rack. We banged on the window and he immediately walked away. Will not be staying here again
Report Check-InSolid spot. Stayed here 3 nights along with a couple others. One night had some meth heads but they left and it was super quiet.
Report Check-InTo be very specific—do NOT park behind the climbing gym. A bus and I got the knock last night.
The street leading up to it has a number of hotels
Report Check-InStayed 2 nights here, 1 night on either side of the road. Not the quietest of places but no one bothered us. Saw lots of vans parked at the back of the climbing gym also but too close to the freeway for us.
Report Check-InAs described, didn’t find it noisy at all. A few other campers around, left early because it seemed like offices that we were parked outside of and didn’t want to affect morning commuters.
Report Check-InThere are some long term vehicles on this street, but it still appears to be relatively clean. I parked closer toward the Homewood Suites and had no issues staying one night.
Report Check-InStayed two nights, no one bothered us, several vans, busses, rv’s were camped both days
