Camping spot for a vehicle next to a stream, just off Kane-Marshburg Rd. It wouldn’t be ideal for a tent as there isn’t a lot of flat grass, but the gravel is perfect for parking a vehicle.

This is a side of the road little restaurant in a white bus. The food is varied and the steak and shrimp tacos yummy. Had a breakfast burrito and coffee the next morning that was also tasty. Very nice family and the cook, Adal, was great. They also have Wifi, one of a few places in town to check your email
or call home.

nice place, for those who, like me , find hard the acces to the camp place around the lake. accesible for 2WD, not so much trash , have some trees for shades ! beautiful view and hike on the city, you can hear the noise from the city but it's not disturbing at all. have a little river, but i didn't use it because of the pollution around . not the best but definitely not the worst . nice 4g entel signal

Asked the attendant if we could fill up water at the spigot (after filling up our tank). Lady told us that “water is Private here”. Said we’d be happy to pay and she said “we don’t do that here”. Naturally we didn’t fill up and left immediately. Should not have filled up here.

Safe spot for a night. The track to waterfalls is steep with many forks (keep to the left) but doable even with kids. Take your swimming suits as you can swim in the pool under the falls.

Small spot on a hill up a short 4x4 trail. Steep but not too bad. All other spots in this area were taken for the long weekend so we found this. Quiet and secluded.

This place is the best in aiquille! Expect European style coffee, scrambled eggs good music and a really nice owner who speaks perfect English (lived 20 years in England). A really nice getaway in a town which is traditional Bolivian!

Beautiful place. Spent there a night with our RV (7.5m). Great swimming and paddleboarding in the lake. Saw some birds and butterflies. 100 pesos per person.

One of the best campsites we had on the trip. There is everything you need.

Added photos. It seems nice (on the women's side) and if you want to take a super cold shower, you can do it for free. The quarters must be for the hot water!

This places serves fish in the weekends! So good! Home cooked on the BBQ. The fish is fresh, the owner takes it from te place where he works during the week. The owners are really friendly!! Only open from 9.30 till 15:00!

This place is still running and all amenities for free. Just take a bite in Sacha's restaurant.

Still a nice place but now €12 excl water/electr (which you pay with coins). Showers are great, place is clean and has a volleyball and soccer field. It operates by itself, there is a barrier at the entrance and you pay the total days when leaving.

I decided to try to shower. The hot water does NOT come out when you put a quarter in. Do not waste your money. I did do a cold spot clean though and now I'm really awake !

Honestly surprised it’s completely empty on Memorial Day weekend. Cleanest restrooms and public use camping area I’ve ever seen. (I’ve been on the road for 3.5 years)

Free Dump. Super gross. Like others have said, there is a really big heavy grate over the sewer port which is right in the middle of the driveway. Many people aren't lifting it and there's just chunks of poop and toilet paper. Please don't use that water to fill your tanks either. There is a spigot at each vacuum station at the car wash.

NOTE: this spigot is only for filling bottles. There is no way to attach a hose.

This is an exceptional restaurant. Trust us. If you’re meatlovers like us - you need to eat here. We ordered the tenderloin filet and it was the best we’ve eaten in all the Americas so far!! We usually stay clear from steakhouses as we prefer to grill ourselves, but this was sublime. This dish (Corte de Filete), served with papas and veggies cost L420 ($18) and was worth every penny. The staff were super friendly, attentive and welcoming. It was a pleasure for them to host us, they even prepared their specialty hamburger on the house for us. It was huge! 1lb of beef! La Torona de las Tablas would normally cost L285 ($12). And out of the blue, I received a free cocktail (costing L120 -$4)
If you want to make a night of it, you’d probably be able to camp here too. We asked the manager and she said yes. The wifi btw was very fast! And lots of playground equipment for the kiddies. Definitely recommend eating here.

Great spot! Surprisingly quiet for a rest stop. I did park in the trailhead area and heard very few cars. You can’t even hear the highway.
