Unfortunately this is no longer open has a Lock on the spigot

Asked the attendant if we could fill up water at the spigot (after filling up our tank). Lady told us that “water is Private here”. Said we’d be happy to pay and she said “we don’t do that here”. Naturally we didn’t fill up and left immediately. Should not have filled up here.

easy fill up right off the highway, no signs posted.
We had no problem filling up our 20 gallon tank.

This was a Sinclair & didn’t find any dump station. Asked employees inside and they had no clue what we were talking about.
