Nice campsite with power and hot water for a very reasonable price. We stayed two nights spontaneously and booked the dinner. Recommendation for this friendly family business.

nice small campground next to the Extreme theme park. I paid 80 TL for 1 tent and my motorcycle. There are trees for hammocks. Pretty quiet at night, except for some dogs barking. The WiFi does not reach the campsite, but there is a few cafes and restaurants nearby.

No card and the guys working there are neither friendly nor helpful. However they put a blind eye on us getting diesel from truck drivers and they didn't want money

Nice facilities for campers. Dump black and gray water for free and fill up for a fee.

They have WiFi now in two places, at the check in station at the entrance to the campground, and at the main visitor center across the highway. Speeds are about 10Mbps down, 3 up. You need a password for the visitor entrance WiFi , but they have it posted inside. No password needed for the WiFi at the campground entrance. Nice campground overall, we enjoyed our stay here for many nights.

Stayed one night. Another RV here with us. There was a street cleaning vehicle making circles around the parking lot for an hour around 10pm on a Monday, but once it left it was relatively quiet for being in town. Would stay again.

Very good little hostal. We paid 50 soles for two beds in a private room. There is places for bicycles inside the patio and if needed there is also place under a small roof. Wifi is not working well, but the shower is really warm! The owners are very kind! We recommend it.

Semi open-air Mexican restaurant offering delicious mango smoothies, coffee and all kinds of local favorites (burritos, tacos, nachos, quesadillas etc.). We paid 60 pesos each for a huge, fresh mango smoothie. Delicious. We’ll be back!

Campground closed but you can sleep on the big parking lot. Toilets of visitor centre stay open. 10$ per night, 5$ if you have senior or acces card. Very calm, can see a nice sky on night. Visitor center opens from 9am to 5pm. Wifi there.

The road starts off pretty rocky, but doesn't last too long. Keep going to the end and you won't be disappointed. Beautiful views and private areas. Camped here in our Nissan Van.

Parking area for Lodge Llahuar. Big rocky area at the end of the road. 5 Soles per night. Walk 200m over a bridge to the Lodge. You can use the hot water baths at the lodge - amazing relaxation. The baths are right next to the river and the setting could not have been better. We paid 10S to use. Restaurant has a magnificent setting, but service was so-so.

Large, spotless laundromat. All of the machines look brand new. Various sized washers and dryers. Prices were reasonable for the area. Lots of locals, too.

Free dispersed camping along FS 81/Big Santeelah Rd. Very nice creek side sites with grates, fire rings, picnic tables, and lantern hooks. Easy to access with 2 wheel drive. Nice mostly flat sites along the road. There is one, maybe 2 walk in sites. Some sites large enough for large groups. Historic Stewart Cabin right up the road. I’ve camped here a dozen times over the years. It’s a great free place to spend some time. I would scout it if you’re in anything bigger than 24’. Turning a big 5th wheel around might be tough.

NP Campground, $36. Crowded, noisy and no beauty. But avoids the 1 hour in and out to forest land. Also the Park is reservation only right now so this gives you 2 day pass. Paved roads, picnic tables, fire ring and bear box. Lots of ground squirrels well get in your things for sure. Bears? Camp hosts leave grills and coolers out so there. Trails and shuttle without driving are huge plus. Verizon and AT&T shows 1-2 bars and LTE but texting and internet is almost non-existent. Yours to enjoy protect and keep clean

Only fuel for many miles. Was able to use garden hose and water spigot to fill water jugs as well.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect setting next to the river, inside the canyon. Level grassy area, which we loved. Bathrooms are clean. If you want electricity, you’ll need to park closer to the kitchen area.

Only issue was the bathrooms. It seems the camping showers are warm-ish and nothing is being done to make them hot. We were offered to use the shower in the cabin next door, which is HOT. However, if someone is using the cabin, you may not be able to use the shower.

Also, it’s a steep path down to the grassy area. Our RWD Ford Transit did it, but we worked it. If you have a heavy FWD van (Promaster/Ducato) you may want to park by the roadside and walk down to assess. Especially if it’s rainy season.

Still going strong. Lots of room. Flat gravel. We never checked in with anyone and no one bothered us.
One added note is that the Wintun Market Gas Station next door has the cheapest gas we have seen in this stretch of California.
