Description

Camping on a ridge with a view. This spot is just down the road from the other spot marked. Large area could accommodate multiple vehicles. Someone spent time making it look nice please keep it that way.
Don't trust Google maps it does not know this road exists. Look for a dirt road on the left and drive until you're at the marked spot.
One of the best spots I've camped at beautiful views of UTE mountain and some of the canyon. Trail is just below the ridge.
Excellent Verizon coverage no booster needed.

Latest Check-Ins

As mentioned, use maps to get you to the dirt road then keep and eye on the campsites in overland we for the left turn onto a slightly tougher road. Trust the coordinates! We came in at night and I was unsure but this spot was worth it. We have a 2wd high clearance van, took it slow and were totally fine (although we didn’t go all the way as it gets more rocky).
Epic views and plenty of space. The sunset and star views here were phenomenal. Unfortunately the spot we picked had a lot of whole and broken bottles so watch for glass.

Report Check-In

The road starts off pretty rocky, but doesn't last too long. Keep going to the end and you won't be disappointed. Beautiful views and private areas. Camped here in our Nissan Van.

Down a rutted road 4726, which is a designated dispersed camping area in this National Monument managed by BLM. It was kind of hard to find a level spot here, but beautiful! We used some rocks as levelers.
