It’s an empty gravel lot next to Pizza Hut and McDonald’s is accross the street. A local said its from a closed down business. Lots of truckers pulled in during the night and stayed too. McDonald’s WiFi reaches here.

I am here again. I just read the review from the spot next to here and it talked about dogs being poisoned by class, not sure if that's true or not but another gal that was here last time also had her dog get sick and die after being here (he was old though)...still, I have a dog and that freaks me out. I will watch what goes into her mouth like a hawk while here JIC!

It is very windy, just like last time. The beach is over-full with locals (probably because it's almost easter?) that have built their own palapas and have brought tents as well. I have a 4 wheel drive so I was able to get the palapa with the deepest sand : -) . We will probably stay here until Easter (3 nights) and then head north.

Accommodated us last minute when a campsite didn’t work out. Safe secure area and parking lot and good free wifi. Would pick a different location with a lobby for WFH and free breakfast if I had more time

Nice little RV park! Clean bathrooms and they charge $70MXN to do laundry per load. (No dryer). It’s always seems to be breezy in Loreto every time we are here, I feel like the RV park seems pretty protected from the wind. Right in town 2 min walk to historical district. The directions to get here tell you to drive down a road that says “walking only” it’s okay to drive down this road in order to get to the RV park! Loved staying here charged $250/night (with no hookups) and $300/night (with hookups)

Ok. So there was little information online and when we went to the visitor center they told us the ONLY access point to the craters is on highway 2 between Mexicali and Sonoyta at km52. It's also a private road, but they allow people to enter for about $100mx. I uploaded screenshots of the most recent info they provide.

I was just pushed out of my campspot by locals?? They said it is theirs to use. No matter what I said (in spanish) thru did not stop building their palapa over th palapa I was camper at. There were many men and only one youmg girl. This was the first time I felt fear here in Baja. I was even thinking about purchasing property here. That will not happen now and I am on my way back to the states. Sucks this had to spoil my time here. Just know, if they want where you are, they will take it. I will never come here again.

Stayed by a river at a fork in the road. Left fork is impassible. Right fork has a steep short sandy down slope. The area prior to this is well used by RV-ATVers and they will go by this area all day. Mild wind kicks up. Not the cleanest place in general due to poor stewards of the land and their garbage.

Great little view spot - not busy other than Sunday - great place to relax for a few hours.

Noise from trucks and cars on bridge spent a few hours here one evening - no issues, a good rest spot if you are okay with the noise

Formal name Taller Fito: functioning and giving on-site support also, will put into service again his tow/hoist capacity stopped because of the pandemic. "Rescued" my camper - customers 1300 km away from home base, 55 from Chaitén - losing diesel because of rodents, repaired provisionally on-site and stored to wait for the next available ferry; also offered to load it personally. All coordinated - and paid - remotely.

Same spot as sunny16869 (thank you!) - under the huge oak by the windmill (4806 is the faded marker). Several good spots (big & small) along 687. Found a couple really nice up next to the mtn < 5 miles N of 4806. Great views!
FYI - 4806, that goes by the windmill, can get a little busy.

Large area for multiple rigs. Plenty of space for large rigs, several fire pits, lots of people coming and going, some generators during the day, quiet at night. Excellent Verizon service. Dirt road with some bumps.
