We ended up spending 5 nights here waiting for a mechanical part to arrive. Cecilia and her team of builders/carpenters were a great sport accommodating to our five year old’s needs by joining in with art projects, musical instruments etc. We arrived on a Saturday and our stay during the weekend was quiet. However as previous comments have mentioned, it’s busy in the week.
There is a “camping area” where you are asked to park your vehicle but other than its proximity to the bathrooms there are few amenities in that space. In the week, the kitchen/ common area with the wifi has to be shared with all the staff, so there’s not much room.
The showers are new, but water is either boiling hot or freezing cold. They could also do with a bit of a daily clean.

Having said all this, the price for Chilean standards and it’s close proximity to Santiago is fair (10,000 for a family of three and a camper). We had a pleasant stay and Los ingleses is a chic town.

Best spot in the NW of the Peninsula. 14 free spots hidden between trees. Very peaceful with little road noise.

Visited this private Museum today. Very nice and impressive collection of pre-inca, and inca (as well as colonial and religious) artefacts, some very very very old (a thousand years old). The visit is led by the owners, Nicolas and his wife Maureen. We just knocked at the door, and were lucky they were available. I think best to call to get an appointment at 976234433.

Awesome local coffee shop also serving açaí and baked goods. The açaí was great and the coffee was as well. best of all there is tons of seating and fast free WiFi.

We stayed several hours to get some work and meetings done.

Most other customers were in there working as well.

Parking is a big mall style parking and should fit most rigs up to large towable campers.

Really lovely. I camped at the cliff in an extended sprinter…we’ll see how it goes getting out tomorrow but we got in ok. It surprisingly wasn’t windy today and was a fabulous place to peacefully hang out with the dogs and enjoy a view. 3 bars of Verizon.

Nice and clean forested pull off of 89. One open pit toilet bathroom. Spent the night and had no issues. Traffic noise can be expected.

Mingo has a great attitude! it's a place to repair tiles but also he helps in whatever he can.

for luck we found a tower and we didn't put the ⛺ just the mattress. perfect place and warm inside. if you need water they will give you. there is even a plug for change your stuff.

Great spot next to a lake. Pretty quiet (can’t really hear street noise) unless there’s a bigger rig running a generator. To me there were a lot more spots on this side than the other. The dirt lot to the left of the boat dock (if looking at the lake) is the flattest. There are several spots a bit further back on the right that are gorgeous and relatively flat as well. Most of the dirt parking lot is on a slight downslope but still doable. Several little fire rings all around. Highly recommend!

*Note: if coming from the north, make sure you enter Radio Hill road from the entrance closer to town. If Google maps has you enter right after the reservoir it’s a really washed out dirt rocky road that doesn’t lead all the way through. If you’re not on pavement it’s the wrong entrance.

There is a sign that says the National Park Interagency Pass is valid to park here. Otherwise there is a $5 fee / registration box.

Canilla con buena presión, agua de la ciudad, exelente, ideal una manguera de 10 metros ya que esta alejada de la calle, o subir el cordón y acercarse. esta cerca de donde están las agencias de excursiones

Lugar para estacionar con MotorHome, pasw la noche sin problemas es frente a la gasolinera Copec, y llega hasta las agencias de excursiones, unos 100 metros para estacionar, seguro, y agradable, nadie molesta, sobre la vereda hay una canilla para cargar agua.

Ótima parada. Local seguro, tem banho gratuito tanto pra mulher quanto para homem. Estacionamos fora das vagas cobertas, na parte de fora. Na parte de trás do restaurante tem o local destinado para caminhoneiros, lá é cobrado o banho de 10,00 reais. OBS: O banheiro masculino de acesso na parte principal do restaurante pode tomar banho. Costuma ficar um senhor lá dentro, que só não deixa tomar banho lá quem for caminhoneiro.

It’s right on the plaza and a great place to rest. They have rooms with various prices starting at 250 and up.

Beto is really lovely. I arrived with my dog and there was no question about accepting him. He also offered lots of recommendations on where to get good coffee etc, and is opening the doors early in the morning for me so I can get a good start before light.

Highly recommend.

Dump is open and potable water is available.
There's a box where you're supposed to drop $10 for sani dump use.

Good potable water with high pressure at dump station. Can attach hose if needed or fill tank directly with the provided hanging hose. Looks very new.

we went here today. nobody there, but lot of forbitten signs and many Barriere, so very less space to Park, nothing for big rigs, save the turtels, choose another beach

expensive, yummy meal. ribs were a little light on the meat. the brisket was divine. Park anywhere for the night. beautiful spot. no facilities. Common Poorwill lulled us to sleep.

Super friendly woman selling SIM cards. Does not speak English, but does her best to understand and help :)
