We stayed 2 nights with a lot of other campers. Friendly staff, we spent time at the full and used the Wifi.

In the morning we got some hot water for our coffee. Quiet at night, no wind.

Here you will find a water faucet with potable water (asked the attendant and he said yes, it's potable).
The water pressure ist Really high, so you will be able to fill even big tanks quickly.
Showers and toilets also available.

Process still the same.
Local fee negotiable, we didn't want to pay for 4 people, so ended up 'only' paying for 2.
We arrived at 14.30 and walked out at 16.30.

Très belle place nous avons passer 3 nuits ,sentiers de marche et de vélo . Une ancienne plantations avec bâtiment a visiter.

We gave her 3 big bags of clothes - she had already a lot to do, so it took around 1,5 days.

The price was 4.000 (5$) per bag/ load.

NÃO DEIXE SEU CARRO AQUI, a oficina parece séria mas são muito desorganizados, o mecânico que estava responsável pela manutenção nosso carro não era comprometido e foi um estresse, tivemos que ficar cobrando o dono da oficina pra conseguir que montassem nosso motor. NÃO RECOMENDO, o atendimento é péssimo, fazem pouco caso do serviço. As peças levaram 30 dias pra chegar e eles levaram mais de uma semana pra começar a mexer no carro.

We don't recommend this place, stressful experience, very disorganized and they ignore the service, it was very difficult to get them to do the work on our engine. very slowly service, we did waiting 40 days without results and when they finish charged us very expensive price.

Nice place to kill time if you wait for the ferry. Good coffee and cold beer. Staff is very friendly.

You can park the motorcycles outside and watch them from the terrasse or through the windows (they have A/C inside).

Apparently you can also eat here, but we didn’t.

Lovely hotel, an old hacienda, the granddaughter is running the place.
Comfy beds and very clean, hot showers. Parking for bikes and cars, nice veranda and garden. Good breakfast. The best place in town. It’s a good place stay for visiting rainbow mountain.

I think this place would be great in a camper, but it sucked in a tent. you set up in a windy spot about 3 meters from the ocean, which sounds great until everything is soaked and covered in salt water when you wake up. the beach cleaning staff all ate breakfast and had their morning meeting pretty much in a circle around our tent in the morning,.really awkward way to wake up. fishermen came and sat next to us revving their engines at 1 AM for 1.5 hours. Again super nice of the municipality to offer this, with bathrooms,.wifi, showers and water and electricity, but not great in a tent. if you just wanna save some money on a hotel for a quick night fine, but don't expect it to be great.

We stayed here one night in our way to palomino. The wayuu people are incredible welcoming, they treat you like family.Eli the teacher of the communidad let you stay next to his House, you also have a shelter for shadow. Very authentic place, we felt very secure, slept with open doors. Nice playground for Kids. We made a donation of 20000Cop

Very nice place where you can camp or book rooms.
Nice lounge area where you can chill and rest before hitting the road again.
We were asked 200 pula pppn for camping but negociated to 100 pula pppn with access to a shower in one of the rooms.
Wi-Fi OK and electricity available.
Nice spot for cyclist leaving Maun and heading to the Namibian border.

Nice established campground in the Lincoln County Forest. $20 per night. Not reservable. Pit toilet and hand pump for water. Open all year but access might be tough in winter. No snow on the ground March of 2024 after an extremely dry winter. Most of the lake view sites are tent sites but a couple can be driven into. We were the only ones here so we got a great spot overlooking the lake. Otherwise most of the pull in sites are not lakeside but still decent. Looks like it might be a little tight for big motor homes or long trailers. Boat ramp just outside the campground. No motors allowed on the lake. Weak cell signal, on Verizon we got 2-3 bars with WeBoost, but barely1 bar without.

Easy access off Highway six in Nevada. Cattle-guard marks the road, sign says please close the gate, but there is no gate just a narrow cattle-guard. Plenty of flat parking off the highway far enough to be quiet. Only sound was the coyotes and occasional truck on the highway in the distance. 4 bars of cell service on Verizon. Tumbleweed stickers would be hard on pets and tent campers.

We found a spot not as far in as these coordinates. If you are on hwy 1 going north, you’ll see the washed out area. Then there’s a dip in the road and right after that you make a left onto the dirt road. There are actually quite a few dirt tracks here. Sine we are in a vintage motorhome home we are staying up on the flat area. To get to the more gorgeous and close to beach spots, you have to drive down a short but really steep section of road. Easy for a 4x4. It is possible for us but I’m not inclined to take the chance since getting stuck would be a major problem. The beach is full of beautiful stones!

Nice quiet place near the light house. Ability to go down on the beach in vehicle but the slope is steep. Otherwise, several place overlooking the ocean with beautiful sunset. No sound of the highway. Telcel 4 bars

Beautiful and well-built path that has only recently been constructed (>5 years) according to Heuningvlei local. But no maintenance since - completely washed out at northern end, very sandy and rocky bits.
Only attempt by foot or if you're fine pushing any kind of bike half of the way, but well worth it.
Unsure if Cape Nature permit is required.

Very nice place to stay. I parked a little before well protected by the sand dune.
Some people came during the day to visit the beach but it’s very quite place and suitable for big rig.

Old path, you can walk it or drive it, wildlife everywhere around, peaceful and free. Birds, flamingos, crocodiles. You can walk kilometres... Don't expect zoo, you still need to be lucky for crocs.

Only cars/motorbikes! the dirt road from the main road is single lane, steep slopes, no way to turn around. easily doable for 2wd cars. the place itself is brilliant, you will not find a better place on this route. beautiful nature, nice river, no traffic, no bugs or mosquitoes. we saw hummingbirds! this place is 10/10!

Ils nous ont ouvert la trappe derrière la station de lavage pour qu on puisse recharger notre tank.
Vous devez avoir un long tuyau.
Compte tenu de la difficulté à trouver de l eau dans la région, nous avons laissé un propina.

Pas d eau pour recharger les tank des motor home aujourd hui mais possibilité de remplir nos bouteilles aux baños.

This location is incorrect. There are no camping signs all around here. You’re only allowed to camp in the north of the park. Nice spot to come spend the day though!
