Huge gravel lot with plenty of room for rigs of any size. Road noise wasn't too bad, and it's close enough to the highway to be a convenient stop over.

There are two mobile stuff shops. I entered the one with the simcard provider signs. Several offers, I got 20GB for 180sar.
10GB is 100sar, 1 week unlimited 200sar. They have even more offers.

This bank has an ATM to get money and also exchanges your money. I gave them 415AED and got 415SAR back. So they exchanged 1:1 and even the small 5AED bills. They didn’t speak English but understood what I want from them and they were really really friendly. Was a nice welcome to the country. :)

Lovely hot showers. Bring your own towels, register easily at the front desk with credit card and ID and enjoy.

For petrol go to the car fuel station, for diesel to the trucks. Diesel was 0,80/Ltr. Only cash.

We went at 4pm and waited 3hours to get in the ferry. We paid 18'000 CLP for a Motorhome on the ferry.

As described, asked 50000 TZS at first but got a double room for 40000.

Parking LODI GARDEN, is good to be in the center of New Delhi, perfect if you travel with dogs because in this park are pet friendly and is very nice to walk.
Guarded by security cameras, open 24/7, free toilet open from 07:00 to 21:00.

Seems open. I just passed by, but all signposts are up. Might be only over Christmas/New Year but I can’t imagine a place like this would be closed.

wonderfull place to stay. It is cheap and the price included a yummy breakfast. The owners are great people. The hostel is very clean, and comfortable. Besides the location couldn't be nicer, it is near the lake and the huilo-huilo natural reserve.

Huge free area for camping. Grass, river, trees, birds... Must be almost the perfect spot. One working toilet, garbage disposal, bbq's (a lot). Some locals during the day (it's high season now), super quiet during the night. Very good claro 4G.

Gas is only for the staff who live at the camp. The public cannot buy gasoline here.

Awesome food. Very nice service and comfortable place. Since it’s in a touristic area, it’s not cheap, but isn’t expensive either.

i didn’t quite make it all the way. i camped in my 22 ft motorhome just after the cattle guard entrance and closer to the highway because i had more cell service here and needed to catch up on some work.

i’m not sure if there’s cell service at the farther coordinates listed, but it is nice to be farther from the road and stealthier.

my rig was very obvious from the road (highway?) but i had no problems whatsoever. there’s absolutely no place to camp for free in Jemez Springs in the winter so this is the best option if you’re headed to chaco canyon!

Nice wide space beside the river with some benches asound. Good view of the mountains. We stayed 1 night. Be careful of bugs at night.

Nice quiet place a bit from the road, not very visible. We spend a very peaceful night here.

The tours seem to run longer during summer/holiday season, we arrived at 14.30 and went on the tour 15.30

Tour lasts 3 hours. Interesting rock formations + some info given by guide (only Spanish!). Extremely hot!

We visited Valle de La Luna in the Atacama Desert shortly before and I’d say you don’t have to do this tour if you’ve seen Atacama and unless you a very interested in dinosaurs ^^

Adriana works from her own living room. This is not a fancy salon, this is a place for a good haircut (and in my case, a great beard trim), for what seems like a more than reasonable fee. She mentioned she's been doing this for 7 years but the pandemic killed her business, so she now offers cuts from home. Her kids were watching TV while she cut my hair, and her husband bringing tools in from a day of work. This is how you put money directly in local's hands so they can grow their own projects and progress in life.

My cut and beard trim were salon quality. Tons of pictures of styles on the wall you can point to if you do not speak Spanish. Very convenient place if you are staying at one of the RV places in El Centenario.

I’ve stayed here four separate times over the last 2 1/2 weeks as I travel around the area. No problems at all. I always leave by 10am. It seems like everyone is following the rules. Usually 6-12 RVs/Vans/car dwellers every night. A little loud at times, but to be expected. Nice walking path nearby too.

Small parking lot Just over the bridge at the foundation. Place for 10 campers. Less noice then at the parkinglot from the supermarket at the other site. Supermarket open from 8-21:30 with restaurant, toilet and free wifi. McDonald's 200 m

TRIGGER WARNING, S*XUAL ASSAULT

We arrived here at around 17h30, got greeted by two dogs and Antonio. He showed us around and insisted to walk alone with my girlfriend but she clearly denied. Then, we went back to our truck to eat. At around 19h30, my girlfriend went on a walk to make a few phone calls. Antonio followed her around with a flashlight for a while and theb made his way up to her, smelling like booze and visibly drunk. He forcefully hugged her and kissed and then licked her neck. When she tried to get away, he grabbed her arm and tried to pull her back towards him. She had to run away back to our truck and then we left. I would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone, the owner is a creep and a p*rvert. Please don’t ever come here.
