Nice spot to enjoy a calm beach and discover the Laguna and the mangrove. Jaime was super quick to answer us and very helpful to get to his place and find a boat for a tour. Rigs and Campervan can't fit, only cars, but you can park in front of the place in Roxanna's parqueo for $2/night.
The place need a fresh up, but it's super quiet, calm, with hammocks!!! Shower and toilets are good.

Mudou o dono. Atendimento ruim e cobrou R$ 240,00 pra passar uma noite. Se quiser agua e luz é cobrado separado. Lugar desorganizado, passei um noite e fui embora.

I don't know what more to add. We had a lovely 6 (!) night stay here. Great talks with Joep and Juul. We loved the bathroom, eh, art project. It's just a must visit place to be inspired and relax or hike the area. Be careful though, you could fall in love with this place and stay much longer than intended.

We arrived here at 5pm hoping to camp but they said no way, the man on the gate did however call a friend of his who lives 10km from the gate and let us camp there, beautiful views, very basic but with a pit loo, worked great for us and a cool experience camping with a roof tent in a Masai farm garden. There was no charge but a donation was expected. We felt safe and the local kids thoroughly enjoyed watching us set up camp and cook dinner! The gate ranger is called Elibariki a is nice guy.

Worth checking out if on motos. There 3 of use at the heights of busy season and the owners gave us a spot behind his office to park our bikes (under a roof) and we pitched 2 tents in nice grass right next to the bikes. It was perfect, away from the madness of the main camping area and top WIFI. At 2000 pp/pn it was a great option for down town

Checked it out but didn’t feel right. Some random guy told us it was 1000 to camp even though there are no facilities… it’s not the best neighbourhood in town so have this one a pass

Excelente camping.

We stayed a night here in our van after hiking to the glacier. Quiet place for us during the week between 10pm and 8am.

Very expensive place for Auto-propane and tanks. About 40 cents a litre more than coop stations in Medicine Hat. Superior propane = superior prices.

A good place, we spent one night here. It's no problem to put out chairs and tables. Locals also come here to be by the lake. There are also rubbish bins here. During the day there is traffic on the road, at night it is quiet. We felt very safe and comfortable.

Mostly empty on a Monday night in January, felt safe. The coordinates for this spot are incorrect, though, it is at the nearest exit to the east, not a pulloff on the interstate!

Nothing special. The only spot for miles in either direction I was able to find decent wind protection for my tent right at the entrance to the tunnel. You may be visible to some taller trucks passing on the side of the road you choose but I was not bothered by anyone.

Near the termales you will see signs for the campgroung/termales/restaurant Finca la Florida. you need to leave your car or bike up there (safe parking at the small tienda) and go down walking 1km (15 minutes) down there at the Finca.
you will find a small house with a large Thermal swimming pool. Rooms available as weel as tent and camping spots. (70 for a room 40 rent a tent 30 to camp all per person)
The food is also really good and around 20k per person.
The termales are really hot and less crowded than the one up there. The view is stunning on the Valley.
Really one of this magical place ! (despite the difficult Access that you forgot immediatly)

In the city our car did not go through the narrow streets (defender 110). We stopped at the bus station and were told to sleep there in the parking lot, free of charge. The bus station is only open during bus departure times. We used the bathroom in the hostel next door (which has a ladder) for $50 pesos. Showers for $200. Quiet and safe place.

Nice vegetation between sites. Full hook ups about $300 pesos if I recall correctly. Nice people; many semi-permanent. Booked a rock art tour from here with Salvatore Castro Drew that was great. Also hired a taxi to take us around town and to the local mission. Recommend Hotel Serenidad for quality food and ambiance.

Excellent hosts, lovely and warm common area. Hot showers and use of the kitchen. Paola also offers laundry service. This is a very peaceful, family run campsite, where you can feel at home and get to rest in the spacious, cozy and well equipped common area. Highly recommended.

One of the best car wash for 4 wheels drive vehicles or motorhomes in Budapest. Guys can lift up your car to wash the button and have high enough building to clean your vehicle outside and inside over 2m tall. Have a waiting room to monitor the cleaning process on a screen.
