Cool Location! Feels very other worldly and there was no one here during our stay.

Nice and quiet spot in the bush. Aproximately 1km away from main road. Didn’t see anybody since I got here (16:30). You could hear some traffic on main road but quite distant. Vodacom connectionevery now and then.

Nice place. New pool being built, should be ready in a few months. Good facilities but nothing fancy. Lovely people. Good WiFi. Games facilities (pool table etc). No apparent laundry but I could be wrong.

Side note: there are cane toads in this area. They look like frogs but much uglier and can be pretty large. They shouldn't be a problem for adults, but they are highly toxic. Be mindful of your kids. Also, if a dog eats or even licks one they could be dead in 15 minutes. Cane toads are basically Satan. Just ask any Australian.

Quaint campground located on Indian Lake. Be sure to call ahead and bring cash/check. Super friendly staff and got my pick of spots when I got here. Laundry, showers, flush toilets and pool. Boats and fishing for those interested. I’ve available for purchase. Full hookup at $35/night. Don’t miss the beautiful sunrise over the lake!

Nice camp, great view. We paid 1.000 KSH ppn and our grandson, 8 years old was free.

Good a clean hostel to stay some nights. I payed s35 single bedroom, private bathroom + good breakfast and hot shower.

Awesome spot! Ignore the no camping signs, I talked to the maintenance people in the morning and they were cool with people respectfully boondocking here. There were about five RVs and several cars who spent the night. Absolutely beautiful spot, fairly clean restrooms and no trouble at all. Highly recommend.

Pulled in at 8 p.m, a few cars and a handful of visitors. Google maps says, place closes at 6 pm, but there are no gates, no signs and no one seems to care. Clean, Bathrooms and water on site, even WiFi available. Spent a quiet night, no one bothered us, no traffic noise, only distant train horns.
