Excellent place to fix or change breaks. We came here recommended by toyota local in riobamba. They rectified our breaks after south colombian roads damaged them. In one hour for 20 usd.

Ok place. Nice owners and good campground. The dogs were a little bit sketchy and did try to bite me once. Also the toilets have no seats…
Good spot for a night, we changed our plan to stay for a few days and left after one.

Stayed for one night at this beautiful place by the river bend. You have direct access to the river (many stones, but there is a small cleared and sandy area to bath in) and two levels to build your camp. The upper is sandy and the lower (and mainly the rest of the spot) is based on stones.
No sheeps, dogs or anyone were around. The spot can be seen from the street, but only a few cars passed during the day and only two by night.
4x4 not necessary.
Stayed there with two dogs and a baby in a roofrent.
Also enough place for bigger rigs.

Large lot or pull offs along forest road, very nice trails to creek or climbing or across road to river. Good Verizon by sno-park lot, further up has no signal. Town is very close and has a nice gear shop and small fancy grocery

Stayed a night here. Nice bathrooms, only thing is lots of horses here so can smell pretty bad in the morning. Stay further down the grassy hill to be further from them.

A wonderful place - one of the best campsites in this area! Spacious places, only four! Really well designed and nicely created infrastructure - every site has own ablutions, a kitchen hut, a hut with a „living room“, nice fireplace, even a bookshelf with some books in it! Firewood already prepared. Wonderful view on the river and the flood plain. We had camp site #2 - wonderful! Road is approx. 6 km, sandy, but good to drive. Worth every dollar, as others wrote below! Boat trip is wonderful!!! We stayed there 2 nights, didn‘t want to leave, will come back!!

We added another overlander site. Suitable for any self contained van, truck camper or RV. This one is easier to access than the overlook leanto site, and is less pricey. Book the “Woodland Grove Campsite” at our webpage above.

This is a busy place for locals. Lots of people take their dogs here, there are no amenities or restrooms of any kind. active usage of the disc golf course. locals prefer people not camp here. we stayed one night based on the listing but it was a little awkward how busy it actually was. otherwise nice. good place to stop but signs do say no overnight at the park area.

Super quiet, low key, some shade trees. Distant freeway noise that I didn't notice in my van with the vents open and the fan off. Great little spot for an overnight

we stayed at Goldbug till dark and were looking for camping close by, this road had a faded old sign that said "private" but also something about stay on the road so just picked a big pull out to park in (there are several big pull outs) had no traffic overnight and some ranchers drive by in the morning who didn't seem to mind us being there. Had AT&T service full bars but LTE. Lovely stop near Goldbug, would stay there again!

Great spot as everyone has described.
But my RV was invaded... by a mouse.
I was thoroughly exploring all beaches and (poison oak free) trails from San Simeon to Lucia over 5 days and stayed on this shoulder 4 nights. First night I parked on northern end of shoulder. After dark I hear him behind fridge and bottom cabinets or maybe outside under chassis... I couldn't figure it out, couldn't find him. Went to bed. Next day my bag of almond, which I keep on the floor next to driver's seat, chewed through and mostly empty. I tracked him, through scat, under dash by gas and break pedals. Yup, I had a mouse. Purchased traps in Cambria and put them out when I parked on shoulder next two nights, but on south side of shoulder. No mouse noise nor trap sprung nor food eaten nor mouse sign. Night four, parked on north side again. After dark, lights off, reading from Kindle, I heard him come up by pedals. I quietly grabbed a light and turned it on yelling. I saw him shoot away from where he'd come behind gas pedal. He knew what he was doing and laying in ambush for any who park there.

No signs allowing or disallowing parking. It was very quiet at night, a couple of other people parked there as well. No one drove down as far as I can tell. In the morning some people parked for a few minutes but no one bothered us.

When heading west on i90, take exit for Drummond. Turn right at the stop sign and a dirt pull out is up the dead end on the right. Good for one night and fits one vehicle.

Quiet. No cellphone service through t-mobile. Pull-offs were uneven, but that didn't bother me. I arrived late, and left around 8am. Did not see anyone else.
