xjmommy2 | Trinity View Resort. Full hookups both 30 and 50 amp. Tent camping and cabin rentals available. Swimming pool, club house, mini golf, disc golf, showers and laundry facilities.
It’s an older resort but it was immaculately kept. Plenty of trees for shade and you aren’t packed in like sardines. New owners just bought it and they are so nice. |

macdvincent | Really a nice spot, second time I come here and thanks everybody! Still clean. The road is really fine even if you don’t have hight clearance. But it’s narrow with the tree, don’t come if you are bigger than a sprinter. At the end, if we are well parked, 5 vans can come easy! Otherwise it will trouble to turn back. Yes we ear the road, but better here than the previous spot which are direct on the highway. Our dogs can be free. No cell service. And great view |

stroutj | Large area but is in rough condition. Lots of potholes and sections dug out by heavy vehicles trying to move through mud. Otherwise perfectly fine. The trains aren't blowing their whistles and move relatively slowly (for a train). The trail was a bit chewed up by horse hooves, but not bad. |

@Edu.e.Carol | We arrived here on the way to Chimborazo. Spent just one night. The staff was totally friendly, and said we could stay. There are a huge parking behind the gas station, and had others trucks spending the night. They have showers, but we don’t know about, because wasn’t necessary for us. Free of charge, but we bought diesel like to say thank you. |

Lots of the Ice Age Trails have a Trailhead with no hrs or prohibiting signage AT&T service is ok, not great but usable, service is better closer to Luck and Frederic, gets worse to East and Northeast. A WeBoost gets you much better signal Directions from Hwy 48 Turn North on 140th then Right on 280th and it runs right to it. The Coon Lake Park in Frederic about 5 mi Northwest on Hwy 35 is a nice place to spend the day 6am to 10pm, there's a swimming area with small fountain, water on Lake side of flushing toilets. There's 120v and 4 prong 240v power on a pole at corner of parking lot near shelters. The shelters also have power. In Frederic there's a Dollar General, Holiday gas station with Subway and a hardware store. If you want a really good huge burger head about 8.4mi North on hwy 35 to Lewis, WI the Sundown Saloon and Campground. About ½ lb burgers and delicious. They are CASH ONLY but do have an ATM in there. |

vanmingo | This is a beautiful spot and extremely private. I stayed here for a week and only had one car come by and two people walking on a trail. There is a fire pit and plenty of space to spread out with views of Rainier. There wasn’t much trash around other than shell casings. This is off the main road and there is a warning sign saying it is closed a mile ahead, which probably kept people from coming down. It is very rocky but I made it just fine in my Promaster. The forest road drive is decent but there are some major potholes that sneak up on you so be careful. I got 1-2 bars with Verizon, no t-mobile service. However a quick walk up the road you can get 5G and a better view of the sunset. |
