we came by bike so we only payed 6€.
You have bathrooms, hot shower and a fridge.
there are also bbq places with wood for you to use.

Public campground (rest area) with 7 concrete pads, multiple campsites (approx. 25), additional large parking area, picnic tables, toilets, water and dumpsite. All free. The 'no camping' sign is so people don't block the driveway of the farmer that lives there, but the main sign says stays allowed up to 20 hrs.

Campsite from a local farmer. 6 Pits. No Facility or something else. A small walk (300m) trough the wood to beach. Great for Dogowners.

Nice campsite. Ablutions not super clean, but okay. Just ask for toiletpaper at the reception:) Besides relaxing in the hotsprings, we can recommend the Hill loop (1,5 hour hike), also nice with sunset. Beautiful views on the valley on both sides of the hill. A map is provided at the reception. Path is not super well marked, but you should be okay (follow white instead of red marks)

The location of the Pura Vida Lodge is very remote.

On the Linga peninsula right across the bay of Inhambane, Pura Vida Lodge is embedded in a natural environment surrounded by palm trees full of coconuts. All houses are just about 50 meters away from the beach and face towards sunrise.

Pura Vida Lodge is only accessible via 4×4 drive or by boat.

Wonderful views over the lake. No trash at all. Easy access for all vehicles. Occasional farmers getting to and from work - everybody is waving friendly. Quiet. Great moon and sunrise.

We came in from Muheza and a dirt track which is OK

Very quiet. Great view. Sign says « park closes at dawn » but noting about night camping. No problem for us last night. Incredible sunset et even sunrise on the other side.

nice place, nice people. the only negative is the road traffic noise is really loud and the barking dogs start around 4am. however it's safe

stayed 2 nights. regular car. stayed close to corner to highway & Churchill plaza. very good stay. no one bothered. with windows up & AC on(hybrid car, AC generally on battery), I barely hear any noise around.

but there were so many homeless people that I couldn't feel safe, as I had some valuable articles in my car.

searched around the downtown, nowhere looked good enough to stay there. so I had to go back and stay at nearest cracker barrel.

Very easy access. This place is a local picnic area so during weekends might get crowded. Therefore we think it is acceptable to spend a night or two here - as some locals did that.

There is a nice, stony beach at river bank. ;)

If you go further down the road there should be more quiet spot. But there is no-entry sign. :(

Camping avec terrains ordinaires style parking. Salles de douches malpropres mais eau chaude à bon débit. personnel courtois. Très bon emplacement à distance de marche du centre ville de Lunenberg. $52 pour 2 services. Internet excellent sur notre terrain près de l'office.

Big rigs need to fight at the entrance gate, it is really narrow 3 meters wide. 6$ pppn. You have to pay for WiFi.

There is a small plantation of olive trees on land steps, so the higher you go, the more hidden. It looks like something public, because a person came up in the morning to get some sun and I saw a broken dog leash on the floor.
There is a passage for people below, but the trees offer a very good cover.

Nice place in an almost dry riverbed. I dont know how the waterlevel would be in other time of the year.
A view locals came and made a fire, because it was friday. Very quite at night. No nois from the street. No mosquitos but many flies.

Absolutely lovely place! Beautiful nature, clear lake to swim, lots of blueberries, no people, almost no traffic. The only disadvantage is, that you have to leave your car at the main road and carry your luggage about 50 meters.

Decent pressure, cold drinkable water. Next to a mosque.

Great place. Close to water but not right next to it. Nice water connection for fill up and dump site. Fairly level. Slept here one night . Not too much road noise.

slept really well in my mini van. didn't check for a sign, but there were a lot of cars in the parking lot at night so we were not standing out.

Open again. Double is 14.000, big fenced parking area. Didnt stay here.

We spent one night, very quiet but there are no services of any kind.

Pretty nice place in the forest. Many people do their barbecue on the weekends but as there are many spots you will find one.

Camper spot just 200 meters off the main road. Nice view towards Tskaltubo.

I wasn't allowed to cycle across the tunnel.
Still in very bad condition...
