Really cool place to stay. The road is indeed possible with a 4x2. You can visit this place without a guide if you don't go in the cave. We were here to watch the rare Pfrimer's parakeet. If you have a binoculars with you you can see them around. Keep also an eye out for the Acrobatic Cavy balancing high at the rocky slope of the cave. Really cool to see :) In the late afternoon and early morning you can see the Red-and-green Macaws flying out of the cave.

Enjoy!

Great working farm campsite, Alys and Anthony run the site.
It was started by Alys's father huge amount of camping space, hot showers, coin operated clothes washing facilities, there is a caravan that can be rented but check ahead of arriving. Perfect for exploring the Pembrokeshire coast line.
Great for motorcycle camping and Campervans and tents.

As described although it’s pretty far from Walmart to go use their toilet! There’s a Pemex that closer for sure.
No issues staying here. We had a quiet night and parked by the bench so we could eat breakfast there. We even hung a hammock in the trees last night for a bit of reading. Mothers walking babies in strollers and families out with their dogs. A good overnight stop

Nice pullout for 1. Tons of mountain bike trails. I think the spot up higher has a better view, but there were 3-4 vans up there. I’m in a truck, but the road doesn’t seem bad to me…compared to my home state of Idaho anyway.

Stayed here two nights during Memorial Day weekend! Lots of vans in the parking lot those nights. Was quiet! One of the only places in Destin. Always count on Cracker Barrel….

Nice place but we were not allowed to stay overnight. The millitary asked us to leave and told us to camp near the signal towers a few kilometers away.

Actual point is a few hundred métiers further up. Not flat, little running water a bit above, very narrow and windy, not easy for 2WD or Big rigs. Super quiet

Several spots for wild camping with fire rings. It takes about 30 minutes from Estes to get there and you drive through some private lands. The best road is big owl road to start from the main road.
When you go up the hill and arrive at two signs, you will see an open space with several camping spots. There are others spots further down the road but the gate was closed during our time. There is another rough road going up but did not go there. Some people went and Parked there I guess. Good location and quiet, we spent 4 nights before and during memorial day weekend. Get there early during busy season.

Previous description is way off. 75$ per night and no wifi which was largely what I needed for work. Should of checked but was a little frustrating that the description was so far off on here.

Discover the Berber Life in a authentic guesthouse and camping. Between the lac Tislit and Imichil you will find a nice place ln a hill. The campsite is basic but flat and with a nice view. the guesthouse is traditionell Berber, clean rooms with own ablutions. Very friendly family who run the place. You can have good Tajin meals here too. Tadmert is a official mountain guide and offer some trips in the Haute Atlas if you like. here you can feel the authentic Berber hospitality.

This place is great. It’s a gas station/restaurant with a large parking lot that allows truckers and campers to stay overnight for free. The gas station is open 0530-1100? And the Resturant is open 0800-9pm.
The bathrooms are open 24hrs. They have laundry and shower facilities for a fee. They also have 4 motel type rooms for rent if needed.
Because truckers are here their rigs are running all night so the noise can be bothersome to some.
2 bars AT&T LTE.
Overall recommended.

The use of the location is still OK. With the tall grass near the road it is difficult to see a camp here unless it is a big rig. Currently there are large areas of water in the gravel pit limiting camp options. Minimal traffic on the road occasional buses trucks and motorbikes.

It's the day before Memorial Day and there are a lot of spaces available. The other campers are quiet and respectful. There's a camp host on site who's very personable and helpful. The trucks on I70 are a tad loud, but I'm happy with the location. Skip the pit toilet and walk a little farther up the hill to the flush toilets in the shower facility.

Tried this location. Jam packed during the early evening. Cleared out at Sunset (officially closes at sunset). Once it got fully dark, too many cars started showing up for my comfort, especially to a 'closed' park. I left and stayed at the local Walmart instead.
