Here the asphalt road ends and a good dirt road begins until Lipimarida

New owners have improved this hot springs alot. Currently has 25 new level full hookup rv sites all pull through with 30 and 50 amp. New shower house had been built and is very nice. Lots of dry camping spots. There are several water fill spots if you are dry camping. $75 a night for Rv full hookup which includes unlimited access to the hot springs. There is also a small cafe but we did not eat there.

Trailhead parking, very quiet in the woods, close to Halfmile Pond. Space for 1-2 small RVS. 2.2 miles on good gravel road. No amenities. One Bar AT&T.

Um ótimo local para passar a noite. Tranquilo, seguro, com água, restaurante, banheiro e espaço para trailers e Motorhomes.

Fala galera, pintaram um monstro em relação à Fortaleza e viemos aqui para te dizer que não é nada disso. Passamos umas 3 noites ou mais dormindo neste local, bem de frente à praia. Na Av Beira Mar existe o restaurante Coco Bambu, passando em frente a ele, poucos metros depois você vai ver vagas à direita, nessas vagas em específico não havia placa de Zona Azul ( estacionamento rotativo da prefeitura ) nem tão pouco “flanelinhas” o local fica em uma altura da praia que é um pouco menos movimentada, em frente a prédios residenciais que possuem câmeras, o próprio restaurante fica aberto até tarde e tem segurança, a noite ficam viaturas da PM paradas bem de frente às vagas, muito seguro e tranquilo até nos dias de lazer na praia. Mesmo sendo um lugar tranquilo é bom chegar cedo ou bem mais tarde da noite, pois no local tem manobristas do restaurante que usam as vagas para estacionar os carros dos clientes, adotamos essa tática e deu certo. Outra dica, essas vagas são bem grandes então a galera local tem costume de estacionar atrás do carro que está à frente na vaga, pra não ficar preso não deixe seu veículo tão pra frente, assim não deixa espaço para outra pessoa encostar atrás, porém se não for sair com o carro, que foi nosso caso em alguns dias, pode chegar o carro bem pra frente que ajuda os manobristas e todo mundo fica feliz. Essas vagas também são ótimas para as vans extra longas. Qualquer dúvida só chamar no nosso IG canal eu não sou daqui.

Hey guys, they painted a monster in relation to the Fortress and we came here to tell you that it's nothing like that. We spent about 3 nights or more sleeping in this place, right in front of the beach. On Av Beira Mar there is the Coco Bambu restaurant, passing in front of it, a few meters later you will see vacancies on the right, in these specific vacancies there was no Blue Zone sign (rotating parking of the city hall) nor "flanelinhas" the place is at a height of the beach that is a little less busy, in front of residential buildings that have cameras, the restaurant itself is open until late and has security, at night there are PM vehicles stopped right in front of the vacancies, very safe and quiet even on leisure days on the beach. Even though it is a quiet place it is good to arrive early or much later at night, because in the place there are valets of the restaurant that use the spaces to park the customers' cars, we adopted this tactic and it worked. Another tip, these vacancies are very large so the local people are used to parking behind the car that is in front of the vacancy, in order not to get stuck do not leave your vehicle so far forward, so it does not leave room for someone else to stop behind, but if you are not going to leave with the car, which was our case in a few days, the car can arrive right ahead that helps the manosbristas and everyone is happy. At the back of the fairgrounds is about 10 spots, all with water and 30 Amp electricity, one has 50 Amp. no charge. also has a storm shelter, covered picnic area, park for kids.

Very good tyre repair workshop. Manuel made a puncture repair in Toyota Hilux very quicly and well prices

Stopped for lunch, No “no camping” sign-fog horn sounds every 5 seconds

It is a very good garage. They also respond quickly to WhatsApp. Costs are as expected. Fast and helpful

This place is not free. You need a valid camping permit (can be bought online) to stay the night in the entire area. Signs are very clear from the moment you turn on the dirt road and more explanations further ahead.

We didn't see a single toucan or parrot. Perhaps the construction site was too noisy for them when the road was being asphalted.

Wild camping from El Rosario to Ensenada on the coast is not recommended. For increased safety, stick to established campgrounds. There have been reports of robberies, sexual assaults, carjacking, and recently 3 surfers were murdered south of Ensenada while wild camping. Local drug use (meth is a problem. Traveling and sightseeing during the day does not seem to be a problem but some travelers have been targeted at night when camping outside of established campgrounds.

Rest stop at the Continental Divide info board. Right off the AlCan just past the Lodge (open seasonally). Pit toilets and trash cans. Not too much traffic noise overnight but it is in the highway.

Stayed for 1 night. When I walked in they kindly asked me if I was intending to stay the night, and told me to park right next to the dining drive trough. Quiet night along with 2 other vans. They have a 24hours dining and store service. Wi-Fi for purchase works good.

Lots of people here on a Monday night. Parked at the boat ramp open area. Lots of room to turnaround a 40’+towed.

Looked at the top spots first and they looked good but the lower area is less windy.

No more overnight parking at this location. I checked with manager.

Although there are signs saying “no truck or trailer parking - tow away area”, as I was walking in to get groceries, I spoke to the very nice and helpful Walmart security guard. He said there was no problems. I parked in back SW corner adjacent to the I70 Noise didn’t worry me. It’s good to know there is specific Walmart security on site. Stayed one night in fifth wheel.

Pasamos tres noches aqui, super tranquilo y seguro. cerca de la plaza. En el parque Yamburara se puede acceder a las duchas por $1, esta abierto de miércoles a domingo de 9 a 17. Del rio de puede saca agua.

Great, quiet, cool temps spot. They said $50 to camp and we ended doing $20. Still a lot for a grassy spot and very clean bathroom. Bathroom is in the back of the reception building. The temps are lovely 70f high and 62f low. I like it.

About 5km west from Highway 11 north of Temagami. Red Squirrel Road features many campsites and this is a fine campsite with rough toilet facilities and a fantastic lake view. Easily can fit several RV's or trailers.

Nous avons déposé le linge à 8:30. Prévu être à disposition à 20:00. 4 « baskets » lavés et séchés soit 28000 ARS.
Nous étions au camping Terras Rojas et moyennant 4000 ARS, le patron est venu me déposer le linge m’évitant ainsi de me déplacer en soirée alors qu’il faisait nuit noire.
Top service, linge sans le frais. C’est parfait, je recommande

Very nice spot. Bathrooms are available. We were here on a Monday night and there were 6 of us. Two of the campers look like they’ve been here for a while. Very windy! Beautiful view of the river. We do hear the train, but it’s chilly tonight so the windows will be closed. Slight highway noise, too. It’s free (7 day limit), so not going to complain.

This is a really cool spot! The trees along the boardwalk are enormous. As close to old growth forest as you can get in the south. Great wildlife watching. Wish I had a kayak...
