This place has improved a bunch since we came here last. With that however is more people. Was fairly crowded, granted it was Saturday evening. Dry camping spot we had, has fire pit and picnic table. No fires in overflow camping area however. Will be back for sure!

You can show up at 1 pm now, everything else posted is current.
You can't get to the marsh anymore, it's fenced!
Used to be able to walk out onto BLM land to the North and access a 2 square mile marsh.

Great stay!

Dry camp is now $35, "overflow gravel lot" is $30, RV spaces are $40 (but there's only a handful). RV spaces are in the middle of the front parking lot so not that great but they are full hook ups and close to the pool ⚖️

The overflow lot was surprisingly nice. It's on a little rise above the dry camp area so it actually has the best views. The main downside is that there are only a handful of picnic tables and fire pits up there which are fcfs, and if it's very full you might have neighbors close by. Also a little windier up there.

Check in is at 3, check out at 11. You can arrive early or stay late but will have to pay the $10pp day use fee.

There are only two flush toilets and two showers for everyone not in a motel room, which isn't ideal but it's doable. Plenty of porta potties scattered around though. There's a small common room with games and comfy chairs, and a very tiny kitchen, both of which are open 24 hours. The pool is also 24 hours, which is nice after the day folks leave at 10pm. Most things are getting a bit dingy/run down but the price is right. Also, every staff person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent Verizon coverage, good wifi. I had no problem with work zoom calls while there.

Awesome hot springs with lots of camping

Report Check-In

As said above; decent camps with no privacy/shade. You’re here for the hot spring. Two showers, small but certainly get the job done.

Their campsites and RV sites were full, so we paid to stay the night in their overflow parking, which is the same price as their campsites, but no fire ring, picnic table, etc. That was fine; we were staying a night and the hot pool was the draw.

Dogs. We always call ahead to see if dogs are required to be on leash, and if not, it’s not for us. While they do have a leash policy, it was clear that it was not enforced. There were at least 8 off leash dogs in our near vicinity alone. If you have a reactive dog or don’t like stranger’s animals running up on yours, I would pass on this. We were able to carve out a small space for the dog to go out, but it was a ‘thing’

The staff are super friendly, road is very accessible (2WD, low clearance, big rigs all good) and the hot spring pool is open all night and was drop dead excellent under the moon and stars. It is a pool with some benches, easy access (ramp) and it was subtly lit but still very dark at night. Perfect.
Don’t know that there is a ton to do outside of the pool, so, this seems like a one to two night endeavor max or you might start getting a bit bored. Did not check out the surrounding areas as we were truly passing through.

overall good campsites, most are quite exposed - no shade. pool is very nice, be aware the water is natural and unfiltered, so there's some algae in it, but nothing awful. staff super friendly and kind.

after four days of dry camping, it was nice to have a place to wash up proper.

full kitchen open to all, free coffee from 7am-10pm. free wifi. $30 for campsite and pool access

The hot spring is open to overnight guests 24 hours. It’s perfect in the cold evening air.

$35.50 is what we paid for dry camping with access to the hot spring, bathroom, showers, and camp kitchen.

The night was quiet, couldn’t hear anything despite being 10-20 feet on either side from other campers.

Awesome hot springs place. Big warm pond that’s open 24 hours for people staying here (day use ends at 10 pm). Private tubs available on request. Dry camping is a site with a bench and a fire pit, no shade. Camp kitchen available for use, stove and fridge. Free coffee in the morning at the lounge. Office has drinks, ice, and snacks for sale. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Well maintained campground with the large warm pond open 24hr. Super quiet. Other than the cows around, the road is far enough. Dry camping was 33$ with unlimited access to pond and showers.
