Fuimos al laguna Las lavanderas que nos sugirió la aplicación. Se acercó la policía y nos dijo que no era seguro y nos indico este lugar. Tranquilo y con todas las comodidades. Mesas, parrilla, lago, baños impecables, ducha caliente y seguridad 24 hs.

We had a lovely stay here right on the river. Great hot showers too. We were the only guests so it was lovely and peaceful.

Stayed one night, two other RVs were here as well. Large enough for all RVs. Quiet.

Beautiful spot just next to the lake. We were alone.

We encountered corrupt police there, showed us photos of our vehicle with 58km/h. We had our cruise control set at 45km/h and told him we knew about this trick. He let us go with a warning. No speed camera in sight.

Big open dirt lot with tropical trees and palm trees, right around the corner from main street with spots for permanent residents and for people like you and i. One restroom one bathroom only with hot water, wifi close to the office.
Being the only rv park in the city is really the only positive of this spot, loose dogs around, lots of dog litter too, lots of noice from neighbours outside the park and a lot of cars crossing the street in the back. The staff is very friendly! and if you want a place to eat that isn’t for gringos or tourist traps go to “el compa chava” mariscos or to generalia mexican buffet! we stopped for a quick lunch but the place is quite large and there were several truck drivers around here. the restaurant food was good, but the barbecue had few meat options. the station has a wifi network but I don't know if they release the password (we didn't ask).

just up the road is blm 7125A ,like you are going to the b&b. Take the road to the right and go down a little hill one pull through and another spot about 50 yards farther away. ok for two wheel drives. private and quiet. today is my forth day. 👍😎

Camp on grass under trees or on sand on the beach 10m from the waters edge - wow magic.

Clean ablutions with hot water and flush toilets. Beach bar open over weekends. Locals frequent the place with lots of laughter, music & games. At sunset they all leave and you have the beach for yourself.

Very safe and secure with 24/7 G4S security.

Michael, Camp Manager(cell: +256 999 27 90 07) will leave no stone unturned to make you feel at home whatever you need. He arranged all we need for our 2 night stay.

Ludolf, Local guide(+256 996 93 50 33) arranged a snorkeling boat trip and a spectacular Fish Eagle display. Well worth a visit.

4x4 is helpful to get higher on the FS road but definitely worth it. Though spots are sparse they are large and it is VERY quiet.

Another Walmart to no longer allow overnight parking due to disrespectful overnighters. Please do not sleep at a Walmart hoping it’s okay. That’s part of the disrespect that has ruined it for everybody. As a result, well over 90 percent of Walmarts no longer allow overnighters.

Checking in one nite to get a feel 600.00 single room , AC , fridge , tv , Maid only speak Spanish at 4 pm check in

Big flat place with some shade and security.
Only one bathroom that normally are dirty! Some new ones are being constructed but this is taking a long time, some people told us.
We slept 2 nights here. You pay R$ 7,50 per person to cross to Galinhos. Galinhos has a good turístic structure, with hotels, restaurants and small stores and groceries.

Great spot, can get a bit dusty from the road, and bring bug spray!

Great place to stay for a night or more. I spend 3 nights here and felt safe. There are a lot of other rv’s and car, some people pass by and others seems to spend all their nights here.

There are « 3 hours parking » signs, but not enforced. Toilets are clean and the staff don’t care about you (in a good way!).

Ni recomendado para fin de semana por la noche, es usado como lugar de encuentro de jóvenes con música muy fuerte hasta bien entrada la mañana

Great little quiet overnight spot. Only 3 sites right of a park road with electric but no water. The park next door has playground, frisbee golf, covered picnic tables, and rubbish bins. A walking trail (yet to be explored) nearby. An “on your honor” fee box for $10 is newly installed (used to be free.)
