Pulled into this place and the vibe immediately felt more cheerful than the rest of the other semi-abandoned campgrounds around here. Unfortunately, they no longer accept pets so we couldn’t stay :(

Small square by the river where people park their boats. We checked with a local shop owner who said it was ok to sleep here. No amenities, but the view is nice. We felt safe here, many houses across the street.

Normal hose spigot on the outside of Circle K. We asked inside and they had no issues with us filling our 17 gallon water tank. They gave us a key to use it but it didn't seem necessary.

it's actually really lovely if you like the forest and solitude! gravel road was a bit bumpy but perfectly fine with our pickup.

They have many imports! Good supermarket as a one shop stop. The hummus is mediocre at best, but they have US priced cans of garbanzos so you can make your own c;

Protest / road block. Probably not a multi-day thing, but many cars are driving over grasslands and rail road. The road is completely blocked with large buses. Expect delays

It's a really pleasant day camping spot. There is a beach open during the holiday season and during weekends after the summer. You can find here cold showers, drinking water, clean toilets. We stopped here for the breakfast after the night at park and ride spot

You can find here drinking water and refill the water in your van. It's not so easy to find it, it's on the left corner of the parking once you ebete the parking zone. There is no dump station here.

great place to do laundry and shower. little outdated but everything works. spend $15 on 2 loads of laundry and 2 showers. quarter operated machines but there is a change machine. bathrooms available. friendly attendant and free wifi from hotel next door. good place to kill 2 birds with one stone.

We stopped to shower and do laundry only. The showers are free and wide open in the Truckers Lounge area. Bring wash things and towel and walk right in. The laundry has two washers and two driers with a soap dispenser machine that sells detergent and body soap and shampoo. Each product costs $1:75. Each washer and drier costs $1:50. Bring your own quarters. Very clean and easy to use. Well worth the stop.

Really nice bar with amazing view over Yaoundé. Food at reasonable prices (2000-6000) but best just for a drink at sunset. Also great place to watch football with locals.

rest stop along road. somewhat level, next to small lake. some road noise but quiet at night. no "no parking/camping sign" very chill. trash and recycling bins

There's one hot shower in each bathroom for Male/Female. These are locked at night and only open during daytime. There are two cold outdoor showers available 24hs. We did not stay here overnoght but did not see any "no overnight" signs.

The showers at this location are out of service due to renovations that have been on going and don't have a TBA on when they will be fixed but will update once we have completed the renos.

Been here 2 nights now. Well maintained campground. Warm showers with push button start. Electric and water at the site. Only issue has been no enforcement on stopping dogs that bark excessively.
No T-mobile cell service here.

We came late, everything was closed already (closes at 15.00 h) So we drove back to Ranch La Rinconada, checked with the owner and pulled out on the grass next to the road. There was a heap of stones to level out. Beautiful view, quiet. H+ claro reception
