Very nice place and quiet. Beside the lake . Excellent for one night.

Très belle endroit tranquille près du lac. On entend un peu la circulation. Parfait pour une nuit.

Fomos para o Morro de Sao Paulo. Deixamos o carro aqui.

They stopped us and searched for any mistakes.
I had to show : driver license, passport or ID, Insurance , TIP and safety pack.
You need 2 triangels, reflective vest, first aid kit, fire extinguisher and a metal tow bar !
See the picture.

A rope or anything else is not allowed.
We dont have it and they tried to charge me a fine. After 20min discussion we can leave without paying.
Its also not allowed to have staff over your bumper. So bikerack, sparewheels are maybe a problem.
After 3 months in Arg it was the only check in this case.
So be prepared.

One spot but big enough for several cars. Some snow on the road nothing bad but was high enough to scrape the bottom of the car.

This was a great spot for us. 150 qtz total for 2 people, one camper van. It’s conveniently close to all the best places in Antigua. We took a lot of Tuktuks or walked. Toilet, Cold showers but clean. Felt very safe since it’s gated. You get a key so you can come in and out as you please. Isaac was nice and kind. there’s electricity in some spots but not all. Make sure you ask if you really need it. I know towards the back and the front there’s a couple. Spigots in a few areas if you need to clean something like we did. The dogs were off leash and they were nice about that too. Just pick up after them to maintain the place clean as is. Have fun!

I checked with the cashier and manager, and they said it's cool to fill up with water. But heads up, their hose has a hole. You'll find the spigot on the right side of the building.

Stayed 2 nights, but vacated during the day. The bank on the corner has a talking alarm system that plays without anyone approaching, so park away from street if this would annoy you, lol! It wasn’t too bad and was quiet in the wee hours. As others have commented, there are lots of people in the area who seem to think the louder the engine of your truck, the cooler you are, or possibly making up for some deficiency? But all in all we slept well. Street behind store is great for dog walking, even at night. Well lit. There is a water refill station in the front end of the store. Thank you, Walmart!

Great spot. The road was solid. No problem getting there in our 2w transit connect. Lots of cute cow babies along the way but they didn’t bother us at all :) nice and quiet. Multiple spots at this site. Fire ring. No highway sound. Great phone service! Verizon and t mobile

We’re here for a couple of nights. Lovely campground with Coyote Creek running through the middle. Comfort station at the entrance with showers. Self pay, $10 for unserviced sites, and camp fee includes the day usage fee. There are electric sites for $14 and electric and sewer sites for $18. Excellent deal. Sani dump with rinse water as well as potable water faucets around the campsite. Newly redone campsites over the bridge, but limited to RVs under 18 feet. Some sites have covered sheds over the picnic tables. Very clean and well taken care of. Price may change as Ranger said they are reviewing costs. Ranger was super nice!

Great aquatic park in Guatemala. Lots of slides, rides, and pools. We, as a couple without kids, enjoyed all of it and spent the whole day going down the slides. Kids would love it for sure.
Open Thursdays to Sundays. (100Q/adult)

We were on a Thursday there, and there were lots of students with their school buses, but we almost never had to stay in line. Some rides max. 5 to 10min waiting and most of the time no waiting at all.

You can bring your own food, but inside is still kind of cheap (around 25-40Q for a meal). There are lockers that you can rent for your bags and changing rooms/showers.

Everybody had kind of long swimsuits, rash guards or similar. Me, as a woman, I wish I had put some shorts on top of the bikini, but it was totally fine. Lots of people had water shoes to walk around. everything was very clean.

We were impressed and would recommend.

You can also buy a ticket for two parks and visit the Xetulul amusement park the next day. (140Q for 2 parks / adult)
We did that, and eventho we did enjoy that one too, this one was better. Xetulul was a nice, I guess, great for children too, lots of rides like in a Fair.

Have fun!

Unbelievable spot. It is exactly as described below although we couldn’t find mangos, maybe we didn’t look hard enough.

Incredibly close to the city while feeling very private and peaceful.

This is one of two campgrounds in the WMA. We stopped at the ranger station and didn’t see anything about fees. I think you are supposed to have either a hunting license or a limited use permit. We do have a state park pass. This was outside of hunting season and we were the only ones there. We needed a place to rest after dodging severe weather all day. Quiet at night.

Nice campground in front of Crawford Reservoir. It is part of Crawford State Park. Not too far from Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Reservation is required : https://cpw.state.co.us/placestogo/parks/Crawford/Pages/Camping.aspx.
They have full hookups for $41 + tx and a $10 vehicule pass which is basically the state park fee for vehicule. They have trails you can go on. Dogs are allowed.
They have running toilets and showers as well. Fire pits and sheltered picnic tables on each sites. Everything is levelled, and some site are big rig friendly and trailer friendly.
Cellular reception is great with T-Mobile at least.
