Abandoned tar road. We stayed close to the hill side. Great view! But wind exposed. No obstacles going up.

Great stay. Clean, safe. Pulled in at night. There were a couple of other cars and vans. Ton’s of safe between campers. Free too. The next morning there were volunteers picking up trash. The beach is very clean.

Entrance 10$ which includes the small exhibition and the ruins. You can't walk to the ruins for free. Quite impressive. But no explanation on the sites, only in the museum. Scenic area and drive.

Campsites are nice and big with water (not for drinking) and power. They are a bit neglected. Ablutions are a real disappointment as the Look and feel dirty. We had no hot water on the last two days of our stay. The problem was reported but not attended to. Road to campsite is excellent. Cost in high season was high considering the state of the ablutions at R1008 including a max of 4 pax. R252 per person extra.

Lovely park and parking lot. Beach access. Closes at10 pm. Lots of street parking. Walked the whole area. No signs indicating we couldn’t stay overnight, however, at 10 pm we got the dreaded “knock.” My friend’s van is totally incognito, but she got the first knock. The Officer simply said no one can stay overnight🤷‍♀️

Great location, 250 pesos, amazing hot showers with great water pressure after coming from Bahia Concepcion. Could not be better location. Close quarters but still feels quiet and peaceful and plenty of room to sit out with rug and chairs under the palms.
Can also arrange tour to islands from here.. or get a number to text..? I just went out to harbor and spoke to someone there as I was solo and didn’t want to pay for private boat. Found an awesome guy named demitri who found spots for me and another solo traveler. We waited about less than an hour while he worked his magic. 700 pesos for 4 hour Coronado tour with dolphins, sea lions, snorkeling, and beach. Perfect day, great campsite. Oh and decent free WiFi👍

Lot is as described. Spent 2 nights here in our 33' travel trailer. There are signs that say no camping. I was told when I paid that we couldn't stay in our trailer but nobody checked on us and there were other plenty of occupied trailers and Class A vehicles in the lot with us each night.

Campground open year round but no one at booth during off season. Most sites are reservable with 3 spots for last minute where you put cash or check in envelope. We took one but could likely have "reserved" any of the other sites. Pit toilet and power. Pricey at $36. Hope weather clears overnight so we can hike the trail as we saw lots of water birds while driving in.

Very happy to have found a spot even while arriving around 6pm. 30 min south of Sedona. Nice view. Many other campers, parked one aside the others along the road, however quiet.

Great spot! Yes, it looks like a gravel parking lot so we weren't that excited about coming here but after spending 4 hours at Carlsbad Caverns we wanted a place close by. And this turned it to be a great spot. Google maps doesn't show the road to get here....we took the turn off for Black River, which is just past the site, then took the first right to circle back to here. The entire area has a low fence around it. There are maybe a dozen spots in the center each with a covered picnic table, firepit and gbg bin. You can also park along the fence, but you won't have a table or firepit. We pulled in about 5:00 on a Saturday and took a spot by the fence, tho there were a few picnic tables sites still available. About 5 more vans pulled in after us and also parked along the fence. There is a very clean pit toilet. The site is very clean, and everyone is being respectfully quiet. The only down side is that all the gbg bins are full....not sure how often they get emptied...

Beautiful hostel in the heart of Yazd ancient city, close to Chakhmagh Mosque.
Rooms are simple but clean. From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view over the city with its minarets and wind towers.
Mo and Leyla, the owners are very kind and funny people with a heart of gold. I still enjoy my stay and spending time with them.

To me it was like coming home from the first time I entered the hostel.

Beautiful little campground with around 10 sites. Each site can fit one or two cars or a van/camper. I arrived close to sunset and a majority of the spots were occupied but there were still a couple available when I went to bed. The views are beautiful and the amphitheater is a really neat site. There are bathrooms with running water that are kept pretty clean. Definitely happy I happened upon this hidden gem.

Stayed at the parking also. It is not possible (nor allowed) to park at the lake itself anymore, so the parking is the furthest you get. Don’t follow the old road on maps.me, but go to 36.616661, 44.915559 and follow the signs from there. Rough road. Night got pretty cold and very windy in late March.

Stayed overnight in the lower back parking lot located in the south part of the mall, near Hudson’s Bay… mall lights turned off at 11:00pm—i was the only camper—police came by but did not ask me to leave. Pet friendly, near highway, but quiet, no internet—washroom & food court inside mall.
