Passamos uma noite, havia chovido muito, tinha bastante lama. Nosso amigo que também tinha um motorhome microônibus não pode descartar os detritos, segundo o proprietário por ficarmos uma noite ele não teria direito. Muito injusto!

Unfortunately or fortunately…there were not many overlanders here regarding the reviews. This place is absolutely stunning if you want to escape the business of Ethosa for example. Everything is said before, except the wonderful view over the property where animals come to drink. You can have a look over the place while relaxing in the pool. Feels like home.

Yes, you can camp here but there will be people working from sunrise to sunset by the river. We arrived late, bought some water in the small shop in the village after the bridge and went to the spot. The locals told us they work during dry season here. Everybody was nice about there is no privacy during daylight here.

Amplo estacionamento gratuito na cidade de Huancaya, tem banheiro. Na cidade você não pode entrar com o seu carro. Então nos falaram pra parar aqui e poderíamos dormir. Lugar super tranquilo. A cidade é base para conhecer várias cachoeiras lindas. Wifi livre na praça das Armas.

The only laundromat in Sisters. Just getting renovated when we went, everything is looking clean and new now! They should be open again as of April 25, 2024. The owner let us do an emergency load after our puppy had an accident on our bedding, despite being closed for the renovations. Good little place and saves driving to Bend.

It's a private parking with fences. Open at day, but at 23 at night a woman came and asked us to leave, because she had to close the fence. It's not possible to sleep here.

Large parking lot type camping for campers and bigger rigs. Looks like some tent sites are more traditional. No one here to collect money when we pulled in around 6 pm. Another camper said they would collect in the morning. You pay an entrance fee for the National Park if you don't have a pass, and then for camping.

Super chill hotel with very friendly staff. We lost a watch and they did everything in their power to help us find it! Big swimmingpool and basic breakfast, small rooms but perfect for one night.

The campsite is near the start of the walk on the Santa Ana volcano. You can find a guide there who will take you to the top. That is worth it and the 4-hour walk is certainly feasible for most. Our two children (6 and 9) did it. We paid $15 for two nights for our campervan, 4 people. Toilets were not clean, so we did not use them. Showers were not open. It is not easy to find a level spot. But ideal if you want to do the walk.

7000colppt no discussion, the space is quite large, electricity only in very few places, pool is good for swimming, walking to the city, climate is ok in April - about 22 degrees at night, shady with trees, big rig friendly, you can hear the street during the day, quiet at night, often music during the day, not exactly leveled, cold shower, clean bathrooms, Picknick table, BBQ, friendly staff

$15 if you are solo. Didn't stay here, went to the bombero since I'm on a bicycle (also on ioverlander) and they were super nice and welcoming.

Stayed here one night after eating, they said they did allow overnight parking. Quieter than the Walmart behind it.

there are lots of "no camper/RV parking overnight" signs all over the parking lot here. store said it was fine on the phone so we came, but spoke with the desk about the signs and they said we would likely end up with the police here to get us to move, we ended up leaving for another spot

Really great place to camp and surf. Very remote and peaceful. Be sure to fill up the gas tanks and water tanks and belly in El Rosario at Mama Espinosa’s. Make the east 10 mile drive to the point and pick an open spot. The west facing side was windy so we parked our camper van facing South East. There was a small swell in the water. Tides are best at low to mid. It gets swamped out at high tide. Didn’t see another soul out there until a red pickup truck with a bunch of teenage girls showed up. They fluttered in and fluttered out and we had the entire point to ourselves. Winds were mild. Highly recommended place to boondock.

Easy access from the highway. Quite popular with the locals (trucks, quads, dogs…)
Enough place for boondocking on the huge river bank.
Please be advice to stay close to the vegetation, you might get stuck if to close to the river, soft ground… We had a quiet night.

Best sleep pullout in the area. Right along the road, but traffic noise was manageable. Other cars here spending the night. Good view in the Morning.

This place just feels good. We parked down the hill with our van and it was more or less flat, and we managed to get back out without drama even though the ground was very wet. One morning the animals were quite noisy and the next they didn’t make a peep. Who knows why? Still enjoyed it.
