Still good, still quiet. Arrived after dusk, leaving at dawn. one other vehicle on the road.

Report Check-In

Arrived just before sunset, left just after dawn. It was quiet, with only a few bicycles or vehicles coming by overnight. There is a license plate reader installed at the single, western entrance. I actually felt better about having that there after seeing how secluded the road is. AT&T signal was strong.

it's a little creepy at night but great view of the stars.

Multiple pull over locations so if you see one is occupied keep going you might see another one. The whole length of this little side road is a valid location. Quiet from the hwy because of a small hill that separates you from the main traffic. Very clean, no litter.

According to the signs on the fence it appears to be a semi-defunct side road sandwiched between two unused portions of Standford University lands.

Solid cell reception. Would recommend. Keep it clean!

Spent the night and was not bothered. But some of the pull offs are looking kinda rough/uneven. You could tell big rigs have been there. I found a smaller pull off that’s flat. It’s such a nice and quiet spot just like the other said. But it was also a bit scary for me since it was so quiet and no one was there during the night. I was afraid if a robbery came and I’d be alone. But turned out everything was fine! Please leave no trace so we can keep this spot open!

Cop said ok to stay, but said lots of crimes there. Didn’t stay.

Nice quiet spot for one overnight. Several road bikes and a couple walkers went by early in the morning but otherwise didn’t encounter any traffic, people, or hassle.

Arrived yesterday around 8:30pm and stayed till 6:30am, Police passed by, but didn’t bother. Rarely people walk through here, mostly bikers.

Thanks to the location reviews here we decided to pull over for the night. Found an easy pullout for our 19’ trailer and truck. Didn’t get hassled by police, but we were only here from 8pm until 10am. Super quiet and serene.

Nice spot along the Stanford reserve that felt a little more remote than its close proximity to Palo Alto. Got a knock from the police at 1:30am. I asked if it was illegal to park there and he said there should be a sign, but I'm not sure he really knew himself.

a few pull outs along road. there is a fence on both sides of the road for a Stanford academic area. everyday at noon there are 30-40 bicyclers come down the road. keep it clean. LNT
